I called the property to verify and I was advised by Sarah that the deduction has been done because the rooms are running out. I don't mind charging my card prior. Hence, I suggest calling the guest first before charging the card as a courtesy.

SingaporeTwo things. 1. The hotel has 200 rooms, but only 2 lifts/ elevators. The wait time for the lift is extremely high. You'll have to wait may from 5 mins to 15 mins. During breakfast/lunch and dinner this time can go up to 15 to 20 mins. I know it's a minor inconvenience but if you are in hurry to go somewhere, this will be a problem. 2. The hotels have the rule to check out guests at 12pm. But if you see Dubai flights, most of the outbound flights to frequent visitor countries are at night. I knew for a fact that the room was not booked, all the hotel staff had to do was help me out to extend my checkout by 4 to 6 hours without any extra charges. I know it's all business, but the hotel business is called hospitality for a reason. although they gave a discount for half a day charge for 6 hours, but still I would have preferred they just gave 6 hour extension without any charges.
The room was very good. View was amazing. Location is also good. easily accessible to many other locations. Staff were extremely nice and very helpful all the time. The food by Cheff Hamza and team was amazing. Cheff Hamza is always in the buffet room, helping out the guests and catering to their needs. Amazing guy.

United StatesThere are a lot of bars in this hotel and those are open till 4 am. You can hear the loud sound in your room if you stay in 2-6th floor. After 9 pm, it's not advisable for family to roam in the lobby of the hotel, due to lot of crowd movement to the bars. No microwave oven.

United Statesthe hotel was overwhelmed with two big groups of people coming in the same time I did. many were rude. stepping in front trying to board elevator. stepping in front when at front desk. I was never going to return as those are not the type of clients a hotel want. after 3-4 days of watching these obnoxious people push child and play loud phone calls. in breakfast room etc they slowly left. The people who remained were similar to previos stays. international from all over, many Indians, Arabs, Europeans etc eclectic international. that was great. your behind the lobby desk people were not good manage the chaos from the crowded time. your elevators can’t handle the busy times
