Modern hotel and room. Very clean and well equipped. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Amazing breakfast with choice from the menu and buffet. Nice swimming pool area, bar and restaurant, gym etc. Could check in our room earlier for free.

The old dirty carpet in room. Loud vent in bathroom with no off switch. Extra fees for twin bed but same type of bedroom and extra fee to get ice up to room.

Thank you for the warm welcome and the delicious dessert tray in my room. Very convenient being able to yet again enjoy a fantastic evening watching the rugby at Garden on 8 and experience the great South African atmosphere.

Close to Media City and Internet City, quick taxi distance to Palm Jumeirah and 15 minutes walk to Marina. Spacious room & good service. Nice night club on the top.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel! The staff was super friendly, especially Emily, who was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, and the hotel had great amenities. I got a free room upgrade, and they even let me stay in the upgraded room for one more day at the same price, which made things so much easier. The service was excellent. Highly recommend! 10/10

I have to take 2 elevator trips to get to the parking and the construction going outside but it’s outside the hotel’s control.

Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the staff there were super friendly from the parking arrangements staff and the cleaning crew. Also the night shift manager Atif was very helpful and the receptionist Nadia.
