The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The mattress and pillows are comfortable and it is good value. The location worked for us cause we were visiting people who lived in the area but tourists may find it a bit far from the main areas.

OmanThe only issue i had was the hot water which took a lot of time to come by, and was not very hot. The room was not that sound proof so you could hear people talk outside.
Everything was well in the hotel. The place was very convenient with supermarkets and transport services available just a few meters away. Room was very clean.

CanadaThe staff who were doing their job were fantastic and very accommodating and helpful. There were 2 staff who approached our group to "help" arrange our outings as a way to save us money but turned out to be a bit of a scam. Avoid taking up these offers at all costs.
The location wasn't central but it was a close cab ride to many central locations. Many food locations nearby. The shuttle services available were convenient but limited to only 2 times a day.

United Kingdomfront desk staff was unprofessional. we suppose to check in at14:00 and we went 14:30 , front desk staff said it’s going to take 15 min because they are preparing the room but it took more then 1 hour . but whenever I ask how long this take . he said just 10 minutes sir 😂. I had visitor and I got call from front desk while my guest was sitting that they are going to charge me for visitor . so unprofessional
