the towels had a weird smell we stayed for four nights in three rooms but the staff didn’t allow late checkout at 2 pm became a hassle for us as our flight got delayed breakfast can be a little better

The Kids Club room deserve a little more care. Almost no toys/activities available.

Rooms Have a decente size and the staff is super friendly. Also the food from room service was great. Location is very convinient to reach nice spots in dubai.

We came late like 6 pm i didnt know if i need to call the reciption to let them know i need a good location room aoartment, when arrive tgey saw i have family and they gave me a room first floor on play ground of children where the room was small and you cant open the window all people will see you from play ground near the window, after argment they gave me another room apartment on upper flooor. - i relaised that only a vacume done for the floor i thought every day they will wip the floor. - my wife asked for a a soap to clean the dishes it took alot of time untile yhey provided, some kitcheb staff are missing. - i asked for ice they didnt provide it. And they take time to respond.

The location is very good very close to emirate mall. Lalyal and waqas were helpful.

Check-in took needlessly long. There are so many button controls in the room... we just ended up pressing everything to try and turn the lights on and off.

Not much to not like to be honest.

Hotel was in a very good location and and the staff were very helpful. Room was nice and big and clean. Dealt with Kamaal at reception and he was very welcoming at check in and every other day

Bathroom was a disaster, it was designed poorly. For example how the door opened was cumbersome. Shower also flooded the whole bathroom floor and there was mold as well. Completely disaster.

Location of the hotel was good, we really enjoyed Al Barsha. Hotel is quite new and had a good parking place. Decoration of the room was pleasing.

There was a bit noisy at nights. Other guests were speaking in the corridore and we heard it (bad insulation). We have two rooms and the other room was at the street side. So there you hear traffic in the morning.

We like almost everything. Nice warm swimming pool (the other one was closed). Breakfast was good! Short walk to Mall of Emirates.

Nice design, everything works, and great breakfasts. Had minor issues with the gas stove, staff helped me to solve it.

1. There was no pillows and blanket for sofa bed.You have to request for it . it should be in the room without requesting housekeeping. 2. The phone does not show how to call reception, house keeping, room service,….etc. I checked the phone history and found number for house keeping and reception. these informations should be provided to us during check in 3. there is desk in the reception i think it is called “travel desk” where there is a lady selling tickets for outside activities. Usually all hotels provide this service where they provide for you tickets / packages with lower price and guide you with the best option. But the service in this hotel was the worst. The lady who provide tickets was careless. She don’t want to explain anything. I asked her simple question: “ are your tickets with a discount or same the original prices?” she replies “ these the prices that I have” Wow what an answer ! she don’t even know if her prices are with discount or no! she don’t even want to explain anything like she is forced to set there. !

i took one bed room apartment. it was perfect, spacious, clean and with sofa bed. the location perfect , 5 minutes walk to emirates mall
