Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Kingdommy room smelled of smoke. I wish there could have been a way to properly freshen the room up.
although the facilities are quite old now. There is a good sized pool and great gym. I used the executive club for breakfast and some other times when i needed to get some work done.

The hotel is very close to the metro station Emirates Towers. 2 stations to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall and 6 to Mall of Emirates. In front of the hotel is the Museum of the future! The room is large and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good. Inside the hotel you have a nice Italian restaurant and a nice bar ! Nice swimming pool but not too many pool chairs for the number of customers. Good wi-fi !Good taxi service!

ItalyI was back here 15 years ago, the name was CROWN PLAZA HOTEL until two weeks ago... and the "new" name was a surprise at arrival. New is the name only, no improvements and no make up so the hotel looks very aged. Now my list: at arrival after midnight I found the room was in a smoking floor and smelling very bad, I went back to the desk and obtained a non smoking room as it should have been according to my reservation but I have been waiting half hour for the luggage coming escorted from the first room; there are 3 elevators only so the waiting can be long at busy time... the furniture and the carpets are aged as said so the rooms smell; the pool is really old like the hotel and the area looks dismissed, bad gardening and no care on the paint maintenance; the breakfast is not good i was expecting, second day i found noodles heated so much times to result quite burned for example. I'm pretty sure I'm missing several other leaks but I think you have a picture of the situation... I hope the new owner will invest for a massive make up otherwise prices must be reduced a lot to become again a reasonable accommodation.
The hotel is at a reasonable walk distance from the metro station, and it offers a nice view just in front of the museum of the future.

India1. I did not like the behaviour of the person handling the sauna facility. I went to use the steam room and later found that it was so burning on the skin as the temperature of the steam was very high. So, I asked the attendant there and his response was "are you using it for the first time? This is how the temperature of the steam room stays". I have stayed in many 5 star hotel chains in the world as I work with airlines fuel industry and have used plenty of sauna facilities. There is always a temperature controller outside the steam room to adjust the temperature. But when asked, the reply came in a rude way that "this is how it is" and he left. Later, I went to use the sauna room and that was satisfying. After some time, one more guest complained the same. His hand got burned by the steam room and he was showing it to the same attendant there. They told the guest that they didn't know how to control the temperature so they would call the technician and will get the temperature set by tomorrow. But, the very next day, it was still the same. 2. My mother, she was using the sauna facility for the first time. I found that no female attendant was there to handover the towels or to help someone in the sauna facility. The female sauna was completely empty. My mother went inside the sauna facility herself. Later, I asked the male attendant to at least check whether everything is fine inside the female sauna. He said, sorry there was one female attendant and she had gone to attend a customer for a massage session. When asked to call someone to check upon my mom for a second. He gave me a very bad look and said, "everyone who comes to this hotel knows how to use steam and sauna facilities". So no options left, my father went inside the female sauna to check upon my mother. 3. When asked for extra bedding, they took more than an hour and numerous calls to put the extra bed.
Booked for 2 nights in the executive Suite. Checkin was smooth in 5 mins only. The lady at the counter (from Turkey) prepared everything so quickly and handed over the room keys with all the details of the lounge services. Complementary lounge service was given to us with high tea and cocktails. The staff is always smiling, humble and helpful for your needs. I forgot the name of our attendant on the 17th floor lounge, he greeted and welcomed us. He was from Mumbai. He made sure everything was in accordance with our needs the next day in the lounge. At the dinner table, Shreya from Kolkata helped us to get the laccha paranthas from the chef as a suggestion. When we were checking out, our cab got lost and didn't come to pick us up. The hotel person standing outside (from Pakistan) immediately arranged their hotel car to drop us at the airport. As our flight was in the morning so we skipped breakfast, but they arranged big Indian vegetarian food boxes with fruits. So, I am happy that the hotel is keeping attendants from various countries to understand and to cater the needs of a customer. The hotel location is in front of the Museum of the future and it highlights the location that gives a great view from the swimming pool.

I select this hotel for my spouse and daughter to stay for 8 days, the room did not reach the expectation. The Hotel look never been renovated.
