Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SeychellesUpon my check in queenie was very nice. Upon my check out Kate was far from nice. She had an arrogant attitude. I was stuck in dubai for 3 days due to flooding. I had booked 1 night. When I couldn't get to the airport I called reception to book an extra night .they say there's no availability. 1 minute later I went on booking.com and found that there's was a room available. I was gonna be there for 5 hours I had no choice but to book through bc. When I left I asked Kaye for a discount she refused. She charged me 2000 dirhams just for 5 hours stay until was checking out. I asked to speak to the manager .she said I'm the manager.i said someone above you. She said. Or he is unavailable and will not see you. I said is he is the hotel .she said yes but he is not available to see you. For 5 hours I honestly believe she could have charged less than 2000 dirhams. She is not a people's person and should not be given reigns to make decisions on her own. There was a water leak all the time from the bidet. And I could hear water dripping above my head ll night
The hotel itself is amazing. Room was very beautiful. Some staff were nice. This hotel has some of the best porters that I have seen. They help with luggage and help find taxis.

The management and all the stuff were fantastic. Very helpful towards my family and I. We didn’t love the Apartment layout and the decor as it wasn’t too our taste but the manager happily moved us to the hotel side into a very comfortable suite and provided us we extra beds. It was very kind of them to do so. Breakfast had a big selection and the quality was good.

Saudi ArabiaThe apartment furnishing was outdated and dark. The living room couch was not the most comfortable. There were several family groups from an Asian country and they made enough noise in the breakfast hall to make it unpalatable.
The location is very good and the service of the staff is exceptional. Reception staff very friendly and courteous. Valet Waqif is a professional. The breakfast atrium check in staff very good too.

Refreshing welcome drink. Spacious rooms, good beds, breakfast is amazing. Location is ok. You have a metro station in a 15 minutes walk and 24/7 pharmacy and grocery store nearby. Taxi station at the hotel entrance.
