Hotel pool is somewhat small, but beach is so close by. Not really an issue

When we requested for bottled water in the room it was not delivered until I made a follow up call, we’ve been waiting for more than 1hour.

We had a wonderful stay recently and wanted to highlight a few things that made our experience extra special. First, a big thank you to Ryan at The Talk restaurant—his service during breakfast was fast, attentive, and informative, which made our mornings smooth and enjoyable. We also truly appreciate the room upgrade, which made our family holiday and birthday staycation much more comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. The thoughtful touches and extra space allowed us to fully enjoy our time together. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to coming back again!

It's a comfortable place

This isn’t a negative as I have stated at a variety of hotels in Dubai but at times breakfast felt a bit repetitive but there was always something to choose from which we enjoyed.

Location is fantastic, hotel is located within close proximity to the beach with them providing beach towels and a beach bag. Pool area well maintained and clean, always able to find sunbeds and really enjoyed having access to the cabana’s which gave extra privacy and comfort. Hotel lobby,lift and corridors are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Staff were lovely and nothing was ever too much, if they didnt have something at breakfast which we wanted, if asked, they would go the extra mile to accommodate us. Special mention to Irene and Isabella for smooth check in and resolving a minor issue we had with the bed situation within the room. Irene especially friendly and customer focused ensuring we had everything we needed and more. Special mention also to Sujith who cleaned our room daily, went out of his way and created lovely creations with the towels! Overall a fantastic stay and we will definitely return.

The traffic in the area doesn't allow you to take taxis more often, the loud car noises at night made it difficult for kids to sleep.

The hotel is located right at THE WALK, perfect spot. Very clean hotel, clean rooms and very attentive staff. Highly recommended.

The furniture needs to be renewed as it is old and damaged, the beds arrangement through the cleaning process needs to be better as the beds sheets and covers were not organized well every day we returned to the room although we informed the service team on the same floor.
