Kitchen equipment a little limited E.g. no bowls. Also oven needed a good clean. Paid a bit extra for balcony - unfortunately it was over the road, would request poolside next time.

Great pool area, caught the sun all day. Close to the Metro.

Two small things made nit concerned: - I have left room in the morning for two hour with "please clean my room" plate. It was ignored and guys cleaned the room when it was fine for them. - Water pressure in shower was quite low

the request for late check out they are very very very restrict even I am customer usual stay at the property and I request in advance the late check out and the season of the holiday is finished. but still I didn’t get support from them.

It’s more like serviced apartments so the rooms were a bit tired. we paid 1600 AED for a 2 night stay and I expected the rooms to be a higher standard

Our only complaint was the chaotic breakfast situation. There didn’t seem to be a real system in place and every morning it was just chaos with figuring out how to get coffee or a table. The juice was weirdly always empty and the servers seemed overwhelmed and I felt bad asking for things.

Loved the location of the property! It was very convenient and easy to get around. The room was great and the view was spectacular. We were so happy with it.

The only thing we didn't like much was the breakfast - it was a little bit dull (almost the same every day) and missing cold cuts. One more thing as an architect, I would just suggest implementing a bath panel instead of a curtain (although it was very clean).

The location - 10min to the metro station, 15min to JBR Beach, 5min to Marina mall, 0min to Marina Walk :) Plenty of smaller shops around the corner. We were with toddlerina and there is a great playground under every bridge. The appt was very spacious and better looking than in the pictures. The view from the balcony was spectacular (we had Marina and pool view). The room was very clean and kept clean every day. Stated amenities were there and operational. The TV in the living room had Netflix and YouTube (important for the kids:). The bedroom also had TV and a big and comfortable bed. During the night it was quiet and we slept with open windows. The pool was clean, nice and big, with a separate area (small pool) for kids. The staff was very attentive, professional and helpful. Special thanks to Maica, she was extra great!

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue happened at our checkout. We had an early flight on a checkout day so I asked for a wake-up call. But I haven't got it and we had a chance to miss a flight. Luckily we got there on time. But that minor thing did not changed my impression and I will be happy to stay there again.

Property was absolutely great value for money. Delicious breakfast, well equipped gym (real gym, not a hall with a couple cardio machines and some dumbbells) and convenient location.

Rooms facing the bridge need better sound insulation. Road noise is disturbing . Kitchenware is very limited.

Excellent cuatomer service at reception desk from check inn to check out. Friendly front desk staff Ahmed, Maica and Mahmoud. Great location with easy access to Mamsha and Marina mall
