The furniture in the apartment is a little dated and the shower, although very good could also benefit from an update. It is very unusual to still have a shower curtain these days.

Apartment is in an excellent location. It is very easy to walk to the Marina Mall or across a bridge to the JBR beach area. We had a lovely view of the marina from our balcony. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially when we were trying to get to the airport a couple of days after the massive flooding. The hotel driver was excellent and his local knowledge to find alternative routes from those that were blocked was really useful.

nothing I didn't like , would propose to open the Gym till 12am or 11 pm if it is possible.

This was the third time I visited Nuran and it will not be the last time for sure , everything was perfect as usual , first time I was there was 2014 :)

We were met by a smiling receptionist, who did everything possible to settle us as early as possible. The pool was clean and with nice landscape. The breakfast differed day by day. There were fresh fruits, pastries, pancakes, flakes, and English breakfast. Very polite and helpful service team was always ready to help. The balcony view was outstanding. Hotel is close to the shopping mall, metro station, beach and JBR Walk. Good option: from level P2 you straight can reach the Marina Promenade

Nothing that we didn’t like, we cannot fault anything.

Location was excellent, around a 10 minute walk to the beach. Close to public transport too. Cleanliness was great, rooms were maintained each day! Staff were extremely polite and friendly. Always available to help & dealt with any requests that we had promptly.

It was very quiet whilst I was there, but would rather it that way than loads of people .

The property is gated for parking and also visitors. It’s small and friendly, they always greeted me when I returned. It has a private door onto the Marina. Everything was easy ! Large balcony that has sun there on a morning.

The pillows!!! They were too high and behaved like an inflatable mattress!!! Urgently please change them and have a pillow menu where to choose from. In the kitchen they are missing a drying up tower / cloth

the breakfast wasn't so good... the room where to eat was very little and we used to struggle to find a place where to seat and have the meal.

The hotel is not new but more comfortable than many brand new ones nearby. The rooms are specious and cleanm, small kitchenette is well equipped with everthing you might need. The only thing that is missing is a coffee machine but to compensate it there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby. The personnel is the most friendly and helpful. The location is perferct, the metro and train staition, grocery, beach, the Walk and Marina mall are in a few minutes walking distance. The hotel is a great value for money,
