Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Huge apartments, very spacious and comfortable; nice staff at the reception; superb location — a nice beach and promenade just behind it. Vibrant area There are hundreds of cafes around and a supermarket on the ground floor working round the clock. Well maintained swimming pool area with beach towels, showers and changing rooms. We received our apartments on the 31 floor with very nice views. Was a great stay, wish we could stay longer

The duty manager said they can’t give us extra pillow or blanket they will run out of it which was a lie they later said they have plenty but just in case therefore they won’t give us more even though we are four bedroom apartment and they were rude specially the duty manager

The breakfast was very limited, the gym could be open longer hours.
The apartment was amazing, spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and one of the best views in JBR.

No beach access Room dated Suite could be cleaner Not enough clothes hangers For the price it should have included a small complimentary soft drink mimi bar - not 4 tea bags, 4 milk pods and 4 small waters. No access to English speaking TV only YouTube and a few Arabic channels- the TV was not set up well. No hand towels in suite in guest bathroom No extra toilet roll. Could hear drilling at 8:30 am on upper floors.

Just 2 little things. The accommodation requires a deposit of 500 DHS, which can only be paid by credit card (I don't use credit cards) or cash, so you will have cash, unusable in any other country, left over for the last day of your holiday. Blue beach towers also are not in the first line at the sea, as it is shown on the booking. Right now there are some luxurious resorts directly at the sea

The security guards were very difficult to deal with . Made it impossible to get in and out of the garage , also they have an odd rule that you can’t have guests come over . We were traveling with friends and they said if they come to hang out with us in the unit , they would charge us money .

There was very little "extras" in the apartment. It had the regular Nescafe sachets and small toiletries. Quality was not the best. The disappointing bit was there wasn't a tea towel, dish cloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet etc, as I was only there for a couple of days it wasn't viable to buy any of these. I felt that a small amount of these would have upgraded my experience. In all the other apartments i have rented in Dubai they all had the basics in which this one lacked
Location great right on "The WALK" Plenty of restaurants and activities around the area. Supermarket in building and parking good. The apartment was enormous and very spacious.

The room itself seemed tired and could do with freshening up and an overall upgrade. Adding USB sockets, especially next to the bed, in addition to more power sockets would be ideal. The bathroom also is in need of an upgrade. Everything worked ok but the bath/shower combo could definitely do with replacing. There seem to have been quite a few small flies in our room which wasn't very nice at all.
Great location on JBR. Close to beach with shops and restaurants on doorstep. Room was spacious with plenty storage space. Swimming pool area fab with great sun loungers. Staff were wonderful and so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Glass lifts are superb and visits to the sky lounges are a must to see fab views of the city.

The furniture and design of the rooms is a bit outdated.
The location is superb, right on JBR with very easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road. The parking was a very big plus. The staff were very responsive and assisted us with all our requests in a very timely manner and they even upgraded our room and offered us late check out.

Bathrooms in a terrible state. I had to change rooms due to a cracked bath. Moved and then had a shower with mouldy ceiling. Didn’t bother asking to change again!
