Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was exceptional - check in, room space, linnen, towels, maid service, check out, breakfast and dinner. Especially I would like to thanks to the staff who provides service of baggi, order taxi, they are so kind and attantive. Pool is arranget thus the most of sunbeds are under shadow of the palm`s trees, hotel has 1,5 km long beach. The territory is huge for Dubai`s hotels and covered by trees, greens. That was amazing stay.

United KingdomWe had a slight problem with our room. We booked what is called a double double room described as having 2 large double beds. We were a family of 3, myself & husband and our young daughter. We were given a double room with 2 queen size beds each made up with one pillow on them, clearly a sign bed was big enough for one person! When we went to desk to ask about this we were told that is there double double room! We were obviously not happy about this and I have to say the 2 people we spoke to were not very helpful to us and we were extremely disappointed in them considering how lovely the staff are. She (manager at desk) told us this is there double double room & beds were correct & will give us an extra pillow! (She even agreed it was a queen size bed & not a large double!)she couldn’t move us as hotel was completely full! This was definitely not the case as we had been told by another member of staff earlier hotel was not full. Eventually she gave us another room!! But it was exactly the same size & still 2 queen beds!! We got extra pillows (eventually) and just had to accept this room! We were really disappointed in how this was handled, we have been to this hotel a few times before and never had issues. All we wanted was a room with what we booked as described… with 2 large double beds!!
The grounds of hotel are beautiful and pools are fantastic. Staff are excellent,also great to be able to got into drift beach for the day(although they now charge hotel guests for sunbeds) A great choice of restaurants with lovely food.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately, the Location is quite bad because of the huge constructions all around plus the bridge, which is very noisy. Also, we are not satisfied with the Employees, They seem to be not interested in taking care about their guests and many times , also in your restaurants, or by the pool, we had to please them to pay more attention. The service is quite bad as well but great thing is that the food was amazing.

United KingdomThere is a bit of building noise around at the moment which is unfortunate, but you can't hear it in one of the main pools and our room was wonderfully quiet. It definitely wouldn't stop us staying again but something to be aware of. It is Dubai after all - it's a city resort ultimately, and not something you can completely escape anywhere in the city!
Fabulous facilities, incredible staff, and wonderful rooms. We had a really great break and can't thank all the staff enough - Angelo who helped us book restaurants, yoga, and was wonderful the whole stay, everyone at the breakfast every day, Suvin at the beach, amazing housekeeping, and all the staff at the restaurants and Residence. We stayed in the Residence and Spa which is a beautiful bolthole. You can use all the facilities of the other parts of the hotel but also have your own section of the beach and pool, so definitely the one to choose if you have the option. All the restaurants were great - particular shout out to The Beach Bar and Grill and STAY at O&O The Palm (we took the free boat over) which were incredible. But you can't really go wrong with any of the places - they were all delicious. It's a beautiful place to stay - we would completely reccommended.

I do think that the hotel should have made this clear on their website so that guests would have been aware before they booked. We would certainly have gone elsewhere (as would many others we spoke to) had we been aware of this Not able to get to room at the time in the afternoon we were told we could.

HungaryThere is a need to invest in a property improvement plan. Due to developments in the surrounding area, the beach is more of a lagoon than open sea.
The resort is well located and spacious with a beach, pool, sporting and green spaces. A great choice of activities and does not feel busy. There was great service from Anna in Guest Experiences who was proactive in finding a solution to our concerns. Also the concierge manager was very attentive. Great quality and choice of breakfast.
