The yacht is very nice. The presidential suite is big and luxurious.

It must be alone the flight path to Abu Dhabi airport because the planes were incredibly loud unfortunately so we didn’t have a great sleep. Also the walls are quite thin so we could hear the room next door tv although the staff were amazing and sorted this for us easily. I think the info needs to be updated as it does say there is a restaurant on board and a bar which it didn’t have but it’s fine as we went out anyway

Nothing much you can do after the boat tour. 1 night is enough. I booked for an all inclusive and it has his high price and expected a good meals but it wasn’t. Dinner was in a boat tour with the food normally Indian and some Arabic foods, it was ok. But the breakfast was very disappointing.

The reception staff did not handle our booking well. I would like to bring to the attention of BOOKING.COM that they are wrongly marketing some APARTMENTS in the guise of a yacht experience! Can you and the property owner market the two separately please!!! We were under the impression that we booked a night onboard a yacht because that was what the advert says. But when we got to the facility we were rudely told that we booked an apartment across the street . They took us to what clearly looks like someone’s regular residence without any view of the marine . We did eventually stay on the yacht. The experience could have been better without the initial encounter and argument with front office personnel.

The property was just what I was looking for. A night onboard a yacht!!!

False advertising on booking.com. When you book you think you get a room on the boat. But you get a apartment on the other side of the lake behind another building.

I just hope we could've move a bit to truly experience the floating hotel but unfortunately the waves are high so we have to stay on dock during the whole duration of our stay.

The place was amazing and truly a unique kind of experience. All the staffs were hospitable and kind. They also gave us a complimentary dhow cruise along jbr / marina with dinner included.

We needed a big space so were in the adjacent apartments. From the moment we got there the hospitality of the staff was 10/10. We were very early but they let us use a room to get ready for the day. Arranged for us to get the the mall via a little boat and although they were preparing for the Grand Prix, they arranged a free evening dinner cruise so we didn’t miss out. Amazing staff !!

The breakfast. I wouldn't recommend it. Better off going to one of the many good restaurants in the Marina.

It was just such a nice experience staying overnight on the water, plus a chance to enjoy a sunset sail. The room is luxurious!

Everything is great, worth the value we spent on an overnight stay. Location/ view is superb, staff service is very good as well as the food and price is so affordable. It was my birthday, it was extra special I would say so and I would celebrate and book with them again in my next years and other special events in my life. Will definitely come back and recommend with friends/ colleagues.

The parking lot, you have to cross the street under the heat of the sun just to park in the designated area. The room decoration was arranged by my husband thru Whatsapp but it was forgotten but thankfully they were able to finish it before our arrival, but the wine didn't arrive. Hopefully the staff coordination and communication will be improved more.

We love the yacht experience, it was a unique one and worthy to be cherished. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special. I love the bed it's very comfortable and the extra sofa bed for my son was also great, we slept comfortably. All the staff were also friendly and smiling, thank you for the welcome drinks, it's refreshing. Overall it was a great experience.

WiFi is not as strong. Robochef is quite a small space for all guest but understood from them that they will be expanding soon. There was an AC problem for 2-3hrs during our stay last July which was a bit of a let down as it is very hot in the summer, but I think that’s not gonna be an issue during winter.

We love the overall experience! We had a cruise twice. The food was very nice, especially the lunch menu. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And we had breakfast in a dhow boat (stationary).

Our stay at the Overnight Super Yacht - Orchid in Dubai Marina truly exceeded expectations. The yacht’s high-tech features and luxurious interior design lived up to its description. The unique concept, including a sunset afternoon party cruise, made our experience unforgettable. The surprise birthday cake and room decoration added a personal touch. The all-inclusive package with delicious food and the accommodating, welcoming staff made us feel valued. This yacht is highly recommended and one of my favorite stays.

Areas for improvement are below. Poor WiFi. No channels in TV. Bad smell in toilet.

The AC is not working out for me. It was working, but not giving much coldness.. so it's actually hot for me. The breakfast area was outside the yacht, so it's a hassle going out. Washroom was okay, but there's a tissue in the toilet (in the bowl) that was not flushed.. (washroom cleanliness is very important to me..)

The location was okay, it was in the dock at Marina. Someone helped and picked us up going to the yacht. They were very nice. The guard was fantastic, welcoming us as we enter. Receptionist was good. They offered us a drink at the same time. When it moved away from the dock for a little cruise, it was so cool! We enjoyed it!
