What to write don't know.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms , comfortable, hygienic and spacious rooms with a high quality service. The staff at this property are all great! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Regarding breakfast @ the hotel ,only two words can describe --" Simply amazing". they had every exotic fruits that you can think of. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai and yes, if we are visiting Dubai again this is where we will STAY.

the pillows are not comfortable the noise at nights from the wedding the quality of breakfast is just standard. Even there’s so many options but need to improve the quality of it. for example, the pancake, French toast and waffle is a bit hard and sticky

The only thing that bothered us, but that is totally subjective, is very loud music with hard bass on the Twiggy beach most days. The whole resort is a concept of peace and calm but that part is like being a teenager on cheap Paralia beach in Greece or something like that which we really didn't like.

Everything. We travel a lot, to all the major cities and luxury hotels and this one was probably the best one so far. We especially liked that we could go to sleep early in peace and never heard any noise in our specific room. Which has become basically impossible to find anywhere in 2023.

Kids club could be closer to the family pool

This is a stunning hotel located on Dubai Creek. From, the bougainvillia filled grounds to the stunning infinity pools with white sandy beaches overlooking the creek, it really is a design feast for the eyes from every angle. The view from the balcony of the creek and the Dubai skyline when the sun sets is sublime. The buffet breakfast has a great choice and it is a real joy to sip on your morning coffee whilst overlooking the boats moored in the marina. We travelled with our daughter who enjoyed the kids activities of mini golf, kids club and the family pool but the Adults only Twiggy Beach club with cool music and the quiet central pool (which is a real oasis) were also lovely places to relax. With so many choices for dining, we decided on the Thai restaurant which was buzzing with great food and also went to Boardwalk which has a stunning location out on the creek although the food could be improved. All in all an amazing stay and we will be back soon for our third visit!

Nothing, our stay was amazing!!!

From the minute you walk in you instantly feel so relaxed. Not only is the hotel stunning, the vibe is amazing, so chilled. The grounds are beautiful, you don't feel like you are in dubai, so much green!! All the pool areas were incredible, our hotel room was beautiful (we had one on the 1st floor by the pool) and the staff were so proactively friendly and helpful! We only spent one night but we will 1000% be back. Probably the nicest Hotel in Dubai!!

The hotel has a great location, but can get stuck in traffic on the road that it goes into. Sometimes you smell the boats, not sure if it's all the time like that or just we were so lucky.

The hotel has a large beautiful territory that you enjoy walking around. We had a large room and two balconies with a memorable view. Very good breakfast in a beautiful surrounding. Nice fireplace outside for an evening glass of wine (during January in Dubai its very needed). Good food in the Indian restaurant. Attentive staff.

I have stayed at Park Hyatts elsewhere (Milan, New York) and cannot discern a reliable "style" of hotel. I will soon be staying at a Park Hyatt in Hokkaido and wonder how it will be. In Dubai there was loud nightclub music playing everywhere throughout the day. 2-pane glass did not keep out an insistent thump-thump-thump. Staff assured me that they would instruct the beachfront to lower its volume, but I have heard this story before and asked for a transfer. The reception agreed and told me the other room was being readied, but after an hour still no one had called, so I had to call Front Desk again. The service style in Dubai will please some people but it irked me. Everyone keeps asking you How Are You Today, which I consider an inappropriate question to ask a guest you have not previously interacted with, especially if you know there has been an issue earlier. It is tiresome to have to keep saying I'm Fine, so How Are You? when it is all just insincere scripts pre-taught to hotel staff, in the hope of eliciting a compliment for the hotel, without underlying genuineconcern. Example: in their Cinnamon restaurant I ordered an "ice-cold beer" before dinner. The waiter brought it and went to some pains to say he had made sure the glass was iced, too. But the glass wasn't, and the beer was lukewarm, which surely the waiter or bartender would have known. I don't like to make a fuss so I just started drinking the beer. But 5 minutes later the waiter came trotting back, all smiles, and asking How is your beer? Everything all right? At that point I complained and he brought me back another beer bottle to touch. I said it was not ice-cold either, and suggested that "You need to put this in the freezer for 10 minutes." His answer was "I will put it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes." Unconscious.

The room is good 5-star quality with a spacious bathroom. The property is laid out like a villa with extensive grounds.
