We were given a smoking room…which ideally had a balcony. But the room itself was smelling of excessive smoke. Something should be done about that.

For folks staying with babies, at least provide them with spare bowls, cups, glasses, etc. (to make cerelac, baby food) The staff wasn't cooperative, redirected to the hotel's restaurant, who asked us to order bowls (new one each time) at 5€ per piece.

Slight miscommunication over room booking, but it was nothing major and they sorted it quickly! The bed wasn't comfortable and we had to request extra pillows but not a huge deal. Have stayed in nicer hotels for the price paid, but it was super convenient, basic, and did the job!

Room was large and had everything we needed. Lovely view over the water and close to everything on Yas Island. Clean and convenient.

Although our stay was pleasant overall, the location of our room above the restaurant proved to be disruptive due to the loud music that played outside. Perhaps a room in a quieter area of the hotel would be a better option for our next stay."

For some reason they couldn't give us 2 separate beds room, and offered to pay for extra small bed so we wouldn't have to sleep in one king size bed. It was really strange and annoying. Not really satisfied with this situation.

Padel courts outside the room which can be noisy and used late into the night. The sliding doors between the rooms and balconies were extrement stiff to operate. On one occasion we were unable to open the door from the balcony which caused undue concern as we were ostensibly trapped there. This was resolved quickly but was not a particularly pleaseant experience.

For a hotel in Yas Plaza (great location) the price and overall experience is very competetive. Good value for money, especially when compared withh the other hotels in the vicinity. The staff were great and the hotel is very well run and clean. We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite during check-in. The room was great and the views from the balcony were amazing. Close to the airport and Yas Island facilities (theme parks, mall, bars, restaurants).

I came for Trevor Noah's show in Etihad Arena, so the location was just perfect. Ferrari World and a nice Mall are just a few minutes' drive, but you can also take a walk.

Concierge services to pick up the luggage was horrible despite calling well in advance and 3 times after that. Room was a bit small especially with a cot in, didn't allow us for much moving or packing space. Free shuttle to Yas Mall is actually a good 10 minute walk on the other side of an urban park, so not ideal for everyone.

Amazing breakfast, well beyond my expectations! Modern and well designed room and bathroom.

Jain food breakfast I had requested but just 1 item one day and other day 2 item. Over all vegetarian items very less in food and bakery. I observed there were several Indians so food menu could have more vegetarian options and Indian options. Information showed tea and coffee will be available throughout the day in lobby which was not. After 10.30 not available.

The room was a bit small.

The location is good, and if you are staying on Yas, it is one of the cheaper options. It's close to the airport, so that suited us well as we had an early flight. Having said that, imho, hotel rates in Yas are overpriced at the moment, so this hotel is one of the more acceptable options.
