Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United Arab EmiratesNo luggage assistance at night time check-out. No Radisson rewards when booked on booking.com. No functioning business centre. Quality of al a carte food.
The junior suite was nice and spacious. Relaxed atmosphere. Good service from reception, housekeeping. Very convenient location except taxi's don't know how to approach the hotel entrance so you have to hunt them down on the roadside.

I loved the Central location of the hotel. Everything was literally walking distance from the hotel. Oh, the Sushi place at the hotel was the best.

DenmarkBreakfast buffet was bad. Missing stuff every morning and had to remind staff to refill simple stuff like eggs and orange juice. Generally the service of the staff was bad. They were nice and polite, but like they all had the first day at job. Took 50 minutes to get a simple sandwich by the pool. Then they had forgotten half of the order and when it finally came they had forgotten simple stuff like ketchup for the fries. Terrible that is is impossible to get a glass of wine or a cocktail. Pure none-alcoholic hotel.
We were there for a race and the view from the room and the location is just perfect for that.

Saudi ArabiaAs much as I liked the place and its location, I have some things that I did not like: The rooms are very small. The rooms had no drawers what so ever, only a small cabinet that almost fits your cloth if you’re a family. The bed is not comfortable at all nor the pillows. (two single beds attached into one) The A/C units need to be cleaned and need maintenance. The hotel hall was always hot and humid. The bathroom ergonomics needs attention, I pumped my head on the telephone in the bathroom first time I used the bathroom. The room service mune is very pricy given that the whole area is filled with restaurants. On our second day, the main water pipe broke and we had to stay a full day without water, it was really hard specially for the kids, however, thanks to Tim Horton’s café being attached the hotel, we had to use their bathrooms. No tissue in the rooms. The soap canisters in the bathroom were rusty. I don’t think the carpets have been changed, they are out of shape. TV channels are limited.
First of all, let’s make one thing very clear, It’s called Motor City for a reason, the hotel is located on a race track, so if the sound of race cars bothers you, this place is not for you. Location has to be an A+, shopping malls, restaurants, markets all within a walking distance I haven’t tried the breakfast in the hotel, due to the fact, that, there are so many options for breakfast outside the hotel with better price. Basic gym with basic equipment, not bad really. The pool is average. The TV is okay as well. Strong Wi-Fi. It is very close if your goal is to visit the Global Village. I would like to thank the Security Staff for their support in helping my son get to the hospital when he had an allergic reaction from something he eat outside the hotel.

Saudi ArabiaAlthough it’s located in a nice place, it’s a bit far from the tourist areas. however, it’s easy to get there. In addition, I think that the cleanness of the bathroom tiles can be improved.
It’s a good hotel well located with great restaurants and nice places around it. The room was a bit small but there’s a good value for money. Regarding to the breakfast, it was good enough, with a wide range of fresh food. The staff was very friendly during our stay. they always were so attentive to our requirements.
