Used this hotel to get some sleep on a 10hr stopover. Took me a while to find the shuttle but once there it is very clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Front desk staff were so lovely. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Costa in the reception was perfect for a quick breakfast. Such value for your money. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The breakfast spread was good, offering both hot and continental options. Overall, it provides excellent value for its price point. Some construction work at the entrance to the hotel. Wasn't a problem as it was well managed.

It was perfect for a quick overnight before flying home the next morning. Clean, great location and amazing value for money. 10/10!

new pillows were very hard and hotel could not provide soft ones. kindly consider having soft pillows. i had to use the bath towel as a pillow for my entire 7 days. i believe 7 days is more than enough to attend to my concern . Otherwise everything else was ok.

Very close to the airport, so great for an overnight stay. The shuttle bus runs on a regular basis. Handy to be able to get early check-in when available.

The room was spacious and very clean . As we were only there for an overnight stay, Mr Toad was great as we did not have to leave the property.

No hot water.

Nice clean room. Close to the airport and has a shuttle bus every 30 mins which is really good. Has Costa Coffee on site and a restaurant. Would recommend to friends and family.

Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste) isn’t included by default, you have to ask for them at registration counter. Loud conditioner and poor sound isolation from corridors. We woke up every 1-2 hours by conditioner and people in corridor.

Great choice for night stay. Near airport, good staff. Easy check in and check out. Also great breakfast, tasty and have a lot of choose.

I loved the way the receptionist welcomed me. I didn't get his name but i think he is Eqyptian. He really made me feel comfortable. The hotel is very clean soft bed and wel organized. Lifeguard Nirmal the Nepal guy was so welcoming. I really loved your services Thank you so much Premier inn🤝
