We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

QatarThe rooms proactive maintenance seemed to be lagging the standard set by the rest of the hotel's services. Had to call for the sink drain to be unblocked and for the not working coffee machine to be replaced. However, both issues we dealt with and resolved immediately.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. Good location providing reasonable and convenient access to all parts of Dubai.

Germany• Booked a room for four, but only got a couch instead of proper extra beds (the couch wasn’t even mentioned as a sleeping option) • Pricing was confusing: it said children stay for free, but the rate doubled when adding them—felt misleading • The room clearly wasn’t designed to sleep four people comfortably • Mold in the bathroom, which should be removed for hygiene reasons • Overall, not very family-friendly for those traveling with young children

JordanFirst of all, I’d like to thank everyone in the hotel for making my stay very comfortable and pleasant, the staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist me with great smile The restaurant was clean, the breakfast was delicious and diverse with many cuisines, chairs and tables were comfortable and the staff were so helpful and always looking forward to help me The swimming pool was clean, big and deep enough to enjoy swimming, as visiting in summer, the pool was located in a place where the sun won’t directly hit you after 2:00 pm, avoiding sunburns and enjoying the pool to the max The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation, buses are available in the area taking you directly to the metro station, close enough to Burj Khalifa, in good weather conditions you can walk for only 20-30 mins to reach Dubai’s most attractive area, or you can just take an Uber for almost 25 AED.

BelgiumThe room was connected to the neighboring room by a door, and unfortunately, we could clearly hear our neighbors l, even when they were just talking or using their phone. This lack of sound insulation was a bit disturbing at times.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The staff were friendly and the location was great. Overall, a very good experience. The only downside was the noise between rooms. Our room was connected to the neighboring one by an interior door, and unfortunately, we could hear the neighbors clearly whenever they talked or even when they were just using their phone. I assume the connecting door was the reason for the lack of sound insulation. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
