no vegan options on any menu - no indications in any food outlets what were vegan or gluten free

convenience and general quality of the food and the linens, room size and comfort - balcony. luckily chef could and did make me some mushroom risotto and offered me a pasta dish with tomato sauce but in 2023 no vegan options is very disappointing

The attitude of the staff in the executive lounge and the cook who prepared the eggs every morning at the breakfast bar. The bathtub drain was stuck and repairing it would have meant extensive work. The housekeeping was hit-and-miss. Some days on the spot and other days off. There was no phone in the front room which was very inconvenient. The location for driving in and out is not the most wonderful because you have to take long loops just to get out of there.

The guys at the reception desk particularly Wendeel were excellent as was Ibrahim the concierge. The room had all the comfort and amenities except that the layout could have been better.

Good location, 1 minute from the metro station. Big, clean and well equipped room with enormous bed. Clean bathroom with bathtub and shower. Have taken breakfast one time, good quality and choice of food, different types of coffee. Liked it very much.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staffs provided an excellent service, making us feel welcomed from the very start and the room was very comfortable. Will definitely come back.

A bit of dust in some high places in the room. I stayed in this hotel 4 times in a row during just 2 months and between some of stays I left a couple of cosmetics items in the room when I checked-out. I was away for business trip just for 4 days and when I was back I could not find the items in lost&found what was quite disappointing for me. The other thing is that I was informed previously that I am, being a loyal traveler, now a member of loyalty program and so I can get free lat check-out. But when I check-in last lime after just a month of absence, I asked for late check-out and the answer was that I have to pay for it first. So was also quite unpleasant thing.

Struggled to alter air con temp. Even better if there was a drinking water tap to fill water bottles.

Convenient location for visiting family. Not ideal if you’re wanting beach experience Dubai but perfect for exploring via metro/ tram all the sights. Comfortable and welcoming. Good sized pool for swimming lengths.

Well Placed with lots to do around the lake . It’s the 3rd time we have stayed at this property and The highlight is the entire team who makes your stay extremely comfortable , a special thanks to Bishal at the reception desk for allocating us a fabulous room . Would definitely repeat my stay at this location.

Probably ready for an upgrade, carpets and furnishings in rooms looking a little tired!

Breakfast fantastic as always, wide variety, caters for all tastes. Staff, pleasant and helpful, always willing to assist. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Situation of hotel great, next to Metro station. Have stayed here many times, it’s my place to go to in Dubai.

the upgraded room was not for good value. i have just got 10 m2 more but not usable space: room no 1209. just the entrance is bigger , the bed, working and sitting area the same. not good value for the upgrade cost
