Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Arab EmiratesWe have a very rowdy neighbour at the room on top of our room, and they keep on running and jumping around until 2 am. But I understand this issue the hotel can't really control.
It was nice to see the displays of the history of the Ship and the different kinds of model ships. The room was clean and had enough comfortable space for couples. I really liked the shampoo/body wash provided at the toilet, I was even asking the hotel employees what the brand name is, only to find out that the bottles were only labelled with the hotel name. I also liked the metal engraving machine souvenir. Mary at the reception was really helpful and pleasant. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

AustraliaA few of the facilities on board are closed I guess for renovation. Most disappointingly the bar / restaurant is off limits to children even though it's non-smoking, so once you've looked around the ship once or twice there is really nothing to do. Don't stay any longer than one night if you have young kids. You will struggle to entertain them.
The guided heritage tour was excellent, very interesting. Room was excellent though it was one of the Officer's rooms with balcony, I didn't see the cheaper rooms. Breakfast buffet was excellent

United Arab EmiratesThere wasn`t much to do other than walking around and explore the ship. Some parts weren`t accessible. No entertainment for young children except the indoor pool (part of the gym and didn`t smell good at all)
Our room was spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was lovely with a great variety of food to choose from. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the history of the QE2 displayed in the hotel.
