There was very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, even though it was a non-smoking one. Bathroom sink drain was blocked & unfortunately hasn't been fixed even after we asked to do it. Weird design of the walking shower too, water stayed there forever after we used it. Doors of the wardrobe were not fixed properly so the inside light was on all the time.

Staff were simply amazing! All of the employees we have met throughout the stay were extremely helpful, polite, efficient and professional. The apartment was good, a bit dated but clean and spacious. There is a small shop just around the corner with a decent variety of products for a week's worth of stay. Fountains and Dubai Mall are just 5-10 mins walk away. Hotel offers shuttle bus to Dubai Mall and Kite beach, too. Hotel pool was great and pool attendants were excellent, too. Smart TV options for streaming YouTube :)

My recent stay at Ramada Downtown was truly exceptional, and it was largely due to the incredible people who work there. If I could remember all of their names, the list would be extensive because each member of the staff I encountered was exceptional in their own right. From the moment I arrived, the concierge service went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Marice at the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. Akbar, another staff member I interacted with, was always ready to assist with any requests I had during my stay. The restaurant staff, including June and Rubab, provided top-notch service and made dining at the hotel a delightful experience. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly set them apart. Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that my stay at Ramada Downtown was one of the best I have experienced. The dedication and professionalism of the staff members truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend Ramada Downtown to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. The exceptional service provided by the staff members truly sets this hotel apart from the rest.

Everything was fantastic. Nothing to complain about staff, infrastructure, cleaning, location, breakfast, or anything else.

Location is simply the best. The hotel is close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Fountain place. The rooms are apartments indeed, with large spaces, very clean, silent and extremely comfortable. Actually, we received an upgrade and all of our expectations were exceeded. The view was stunning as well and we could watch fountain lights shows from the window.

The location is perfect, close to few of the main tourist attractions of Dubai. 10-15 minutes walk takes you to Burj Khalifa and the Dubai mall ( inside is the entrance to the Burj Khalifa) and the lake with the fountains were after 7:30 PM (during our stay) there is a fountain snow. The Mall of Dubai itself is a must see. The hotel has a shuttle service and you can use it to get to the mall, instead of walking. Right next to the hotel is located 24 hours grocery store an further down the street is a pharmacy. Very close by is a Turkish restaurant called Bosporus were you can order take out or sit down and enjoin delicious Turkish cuisine meals in a nice atmosphere. With our stay we had a breakfast included which I highly recommend. The food is delicious and you have a great choice of food and drinks. The hotel is very clean (so is whole Dubai). The staff is very friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcomed and special. I can write a lot mor, but I will say only this: When looking for a hotel in Dubai, Ramada Downtown Dubai is your choice!
