Very poor lights in rooms, bathroom too dark, needs renovation, but evth else was ok

from metro station it is 10-15 min walk. we took a room for 2 adults+child…so I assumed we get an extra bed for the child, but did not. then i asked linien, but got only blanket. and they even did not put a third towel to the child. so i was a pit dissapointed because of that. There are probably other family friendly hotels and we were unlucky. Breakfast we never made it because it ended 10.30, but we woke up 11 am :D

I was hoping for a washing machine in the room as we were 5 people and booked a 2 bedroom apartment but they said it is only available if you stay with us for a month which makes no sense. If it is an apartment it should have all the basic facilities.

This was my second time at this property. The entire hotel staff is professional and helpful. A special thanks to Newton Kumar from housekeeping for keeping the space always clean. Overall a good stay.

bed are small and amenities are little although we booked deluxe room.. we had to remind them to bring extra towels each time .. they can do better maintenance too,, the sockets at the wall were falling apart, we couldn’t unplug the iron few times without the plug head breaking and the smell in the restaurant is horrible because there is no proper air circulation despite having 2 doors leading to the pool and garden

the location and everything was easy and around within the jbr .. the windows looked over the garden and partial view of the sea and ain Dubai , which was cool. the receptionist was nice and helpful

Shampoo and shower gel are not replenished daily, this can be improved. In addition, it would be better if the fragrance and quality of these two items can be improved.

Buffet style breakfast, the variety of dishes is enough for me. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Everyone goes out of their way to meet the needs of the guests. Special thanks to Atul for helping us. Thanks Uttam for the warm service. We will recommend to our friends who will go to Dubai in the future.
