No pool service for food due to Ramadan but they would serve drinks ?? Strange

The parking area nearby is being occupied by night violators. it's sometime disruptive. Although I understand that it's not the hotel's fault. Perhaps some increased attention of traffic inspectors is need there.

Our stay at Roda Beach Resort was great and perfect altogether) Multiplied by a premium location, and fabulous villas, me and my family have been enjoying the great services of hotel staff. I personally think the hotel staff is a germ if this hotel. Thanks to its management. They started assisting from the first moment we were in the hotel. Although we'd arrived 3h earlier than check-in time we were allowed to check in earlier. The room was fabulous. Mr. Sanawar abd service staff have been assisting us throughout entire stay. I think when someone likes his profession he does a great job of making others happy. Thanks to Mr Sanawar abd entire crew for making the stay absolutely pleasant..

The location of this resort is simultaneously both the best and worst aspect of it. There is a car park for the beach directly outside, between the resort and the beach; every night without fail, there were people driving around aimlessly in loud cars, honking their horns at each other, shouting at each other, and generally making a lot of noise. This happened every night of our four-night stay, starting at about 11pm, and didn't stop until around 4am every morning. As you can imagine, this prevented us from sleeping, as the bedrooms face this carpark. The resort can't be blamed for this as the carpark doesn't belong to it, but regardless, this detracted significantly from the pleasantness of our stay. Bring earplugs...

The staff are fantastic - super friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile. The rooms themselves are a bit old and tired, but still have everything you need to be comfortable. The bed was big and very comfortable - the mattress must have been pretty new. Our room was much larger than we were expecting, very good value for money especially in Dubai for the location. Speaking of location, it's right on the beach! Literally 30 seconds walk to the sand. The pool is also very nice, bonus points for the heated shallow pool for kids. The restaurant in the lobby is also worth mentioning - pretty decent food with good portion sizes, and very affordable for Dubai.

The rooms and premises are very old and dated, in need of full renovation. Strange uncomfortable dark rooms with toilets located downstairs for no reason. A fridge but no minibar (not even cola). everything is just too old and not luxury. Even two big palms near the main gate to the beach are dead. Breakfast too basic and boring.

Great location straight on the beach. Direct beach access. Very friendly staff! A great big swimming pool. Perfect location for the beach fun and sports!

Out of the control of the Roda Team, the car parking adjacent to the property gets very busy & noisy until the early hours, but if you close the windows / balcony doors you do not hear any noise. As most people have the AC on & windows / balcony doors closed this should not affect them.

We have stayed at Roda Beach Resort previously as the location close to the beach is perfect - nice quiet beach, beautiful white sand. Great place to walk / cycle / jog - brand new cycling track opened in 2022. The staff are amazing friendly & welcoming, Amr provided a great service & kept the whole area spotlessly clean, taking great pride in his job, always friendly & professional with a smile. Concierge team outstanding, very helpful & patient. Reception team very welcoming & helpful. You can now enjoy a very substantial tasty breakfast on the terrace - breakfast team very friendly too! If you can, do stay in the one bedroom apartment - first floor - facing the beach - outstanding view! With balcony in the sun - do ask for one of the balconies that juts out to ensure you get sun from 12 until dusk. Great stay yet again! Thank you, Roda Team!

Swimming Pool area should be better. Now its so uninspired and unlively. So management can do something to environment plan. Thats all. Thank you.

Some furniture and gym equipment is quite old and could use a refresh, but this was not a big issue for me. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is the best. It’s probably among a very few hotels in Jumeirah that have direct access to the beach. It’s amazing to wake up here each morning and go for a walk by the sea. The rooms are also very spacious and staff is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

Not the hotel’s fault, but the nightly gathering in the public car park next to the hotel is a little grating. Our previous stay we were in a city facing room and it don’t bother us at all. This time we opted for a beach facing room so we heard all of it. Thankfully our baby slept through the noise, but if he hadn’t, we would have needed to move rooms.

This was our second time staying here. We love the location, right on the public beach in Jumeirah with the beach track just outside. We love that the rooms have kitchenettes, which makes our stay a little more comfortable. This time we had breakfast included - breakfast is a small selection but perfectly adequate, the chef made omelettes were particularly tasty. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We also used the pool this time, which was lovely. We enjoyed the warm small pool with our 4 month old, even though it wasn’t that hot (low 20s). Overall, this hotel isn’t as glamorous as most by the beach, and it’s a little dated, but it has charm, good service, is very clean and comfortable and the location is great.

The studios are independent and provided with a kitchen. The bathroom is huge with a wonderful shower. The public beach is at a few meters. The staff is nice.
