The vent in the room is always on cold ac side. They do not take into account that one may need the ambient to be n warmer side. The only solution of the personnel was to turn off the room ventilation. The phone in the room was not working, they did not try to fix it. There was an annoying flickering light out of my room door. So coming in and out was giving me headaches- no fix despite multiple reminders to reception. No iin house kitchen- meaning that breakfast always has limited options (and not the best

The location of the property, ideal for the metro and restaurant. Key locations in Dubai easily accessible. However my review is skewed by the effect of the flood ( as most pf Dubai transport came to a halt). Very high speed internet.

This is our second or third time to booked this apartment. The hotel is locationd in Bur Dubai. The location is relatively good, it takes a few minutes to walk to the subway station. The price is also quite reasonable. The staffs are very friendly . they gave us free breakfast . Thanks for Mr.Soleman , for cleaning our room and keeping it comfort for our stay.

The hotel apartment was very clean and the staff was very friendly. A special thanks to Mr.Rafi who accommodated our request as we checked in late with family. For a 3Star hotel apartment this was really good. We decided to stay there and booked at last minute. Although the room information was not clear on the booking website the staff and management there accommodated our request. After entering the room they brought complimentary fruits and snack and tea which was nice. I was disappointed this minimum gesture was not shown in a five star hotel we stayed a week ago. Overall nice stay and good service. I should say good staff and accommodating customer requests is what makes any hotel great. Well done. Rafi and his assistant on the night we stayed were extra ordinary. Keep it up.

Quite far away from the main city center. Surrounding are not that elusive for a hotel apartment. Seems to be a residential apartment building. Lot of house flies and mosquitoes even in the breakfast hall. Old construction that seems to be converted into hotel apartments. Could not find any approach to Roof top pool as shown in the hotel photos.

The location is perfect very near to the Metro Station and mall. The Staff are very helpful even in communication before arrival. We got everyday make up room and all family home tools are available.

Inside lighting can be improved

Right from the Entrance, the staffs are courteous. Welcomed with welcome drinks, fruit and snack plate. Rooms are neatly arranged, Cleaned, Spacious, Toiletries are properly arranged and provided, all amenities in the kitchen provided and neatly organized. Bed is spacious and comfortable.
