Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Very beautiful, modern interior in the hotel, bed linen is changed daily and the room is cleaned, a gorgeous view from the room. Unbeatable location, 5 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall. There is also a swimming pool with sun loungers and clean towels. Thanks to the hotel for providing a free shuttle service to attractions and beaches.

Saudi ArabiaHad to ask to have our room clean. We left at 10:00am and when we returned at 6:30 pm housekeeping hadn't serviced our room. Had to request an ironing board and iron twice before it came. Once it arrived the iron and hot water kettle didn't work I think the power outlet near the desk was not working. I reported the issue to the front desk and they sent maintenance would look into it.
Great location, had a supermarket in the lobby, walking distance to Dubai Mall, front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
