We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomBangladeshi staff were very helpful but other’s are very bad Specially tall counter man from kerala he is cheater, When manager or owner not there he charging more to customers. Even I stayed there two nights thus why I need to pay one more day’s payment. So when I went to pay to him he charge me 220/- AD. For extra one day. Also he said this is our price and you have to pay, Then I left place, And after evening I went to another guy’s and asked how much due,he said 195 AD. Then I paid. I have observed he is doing with another customer’s. He just giving to the customer duplicate receipt. Mention that one of my friend came to pick up me with car and park opposite side of road for few minutes, But he charge me 20/- AD. And I paid, Other staff said it is going to his own pocket. Even I know that’s public road. It was some horrible experience.
