The bed was supposed to be king sized but they just pushed 2 single beds together. So basically there were 2 small blankets and 2 small beds. We also put the please clean my room sign but no one came to clean our room.

They charged us extra for the same number of beds in the room. So we had to book another room for just one person. We were three friends total.

I had booked a room through booking.com and provided my Mastercard details, intending not to pay anything at the front desk. However, unexpectedly, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that they couldn't charge my Mastercard, and I had to pay immediately. Being with my family, and with my child tired from the journey, this situation saddened me, as I had to quickly find a way to pay for our accommodation.

Location, Cleanliness

The Size of the Room was depressing compared to other properties which I have staayed. Now since you cannot make the room larger, at least reduce the price. The Phoro's of the Room are deseving. I was offered a room with a connecting door and it was a inconvenience to hear the conversations and noices of the other room. Overall my stay was ok

HVAC is right over the bed making it draughty at night. Bed and pillows were hard as rocks.

Smell in the room, couldn't open windows

If you need a place for a short stay, or you don't plan to stay too much in the room, this place is perfect. Rooms are big, beds are large, it's close to the airport so for us was great. The furniture is a bit run down but for this money its a very good option

I paid for my stay off Booking.com. But when I arrived I was informed that they do not take payment from the website. The card I used on website was a temporary travel card. Had I known after submitting prepayment to the hotel and having had several conversations with staff who assured me my payment was accepted; I would have brought a back up card for my payment. This was extremely stressful especially since I had traveled on a 22 hour flight and 5 hour train to come to Dubai. I recommend switching to clear dish soap. The yellow soap stains cloth and white people. lol Would like to see salt & pepper.

We always love our housekeeping staff and the wonderful job they do. They went above and beyond each day to make sure we had enough coffee, creamer, and sugar. They never forgot anything and it was perfectly clean on the balcony. Our air conditioning would frequently go out ( we stayed for 3 weeks), but each time it happened the service men would fix it promptly.

Noisy doors slamming a lot and could hear the traffic outside - beeping car horns etc

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help make my stay as pleasant as possible.
