I wish the room would have more natural light inside. It was dark all the time. Also, the air conditioning had food smell sometimes, so we had to turn it off. And it is not easy to find somewhere to eat which will not be so spicy ☺️.

The staff at the hotel is very friendly, is always willing to help. We stayed 3 nights and everything was good. The room has a small nice and tidy kitchen, which can be very handy to cook a simple dinner or to have a quick breakfast or just a cup of tea/coffee. It even has a washing machine, no need to run about your laundry issues anymore. The room service provides bathrobe, sleepers and water upon request.

Somehow used plates, cups, and cutlery were not replaced nor cleared from the room, although there was no sponge to wash dishes... But they offer additional plates and cutlary if you call the reception.

I found a washing machine in ny room and it unexpectedly helped me a lot because I stayed with my child and it's usual that his cloths gets as dirty as i have to wash while limited number of cloths i bring. The kitchen was clean, the room was tidy, there was a rack in the balcony to dry the washed cloths, they offered many tea and coffee and a big bottle of water every day in the room. I liked very much and it was worth the price!!

Pool area busy, and too much noise, small pool. Next day they didn't open on time the pool and sauna. We have to ask reception to be open there was sign because of the bad weather but that day was hot weather. I don't understand. Because when We asked reception they said is open from 8am. 9.30am still closed.

Central location; staff hospitality is the best ; warm friendly and caring hence I came back to the property again. The second lift didn’t work which was a bother . The room size is very good. Bathroom smells peculiar and I kept Spraying perfume ; property carpets etc are a bit old need better maintenance. I come back here because of location and staff;

One of the two elevators was not functioning and sometimes it took longer to wait.

Excellent option for a family with kids, friendly staff, good breakfast, necessary amenities were available in the apartment, pool for kids, shuttle bus to the beach and moll, close to the metro Sharaf DG, supermarkets and cafes around. We also provided an earlier check in due to early flight.

INTERNET SPEED WAS SLOW AND ONE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING FOR ALL THE SIX DAYS. IT WAS TAKING LONG TIME TO GET DOWN AND TO GO UP. LOBBY IS TOO SMALL

Shower didn't have great force of water. It is still OK for a bath, but just not the best.

Gym and swimming pool a bit small.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciate Jasveer for his kind service as we had our meals at the restaurant. The bus trip to La Mer beach. Clean facilities. They accommodated our requests for an early check in. Offered a small, sweet cake for our wedding anniversary celebration.

The internet could be faster. I was getting around 60mbps and VPNs didn’t work here unless you use browser extensions.

Breakfast has many options, but they are repeated daily. We were staying for several days and at some point it became difficult to eat the same things every time. There is an unpleasant smell inside the hotel. It does not have a hair dryer in the room/bathroom.

Even though the furniture is old type, it is properly maintained and the room is cleaned daily. The room is equipped like a small apartment. I had, in addition to the actual accommodation area, a kitchen with table, toaster, small stove, washing machine, refrigerator, ironing board, iron. A bottle of flat water is brought to the room daily.

Bathroom and kitchenete were stinky and it was difficult to get some fresh air in the room because the window can be opened only to aprox. 10 cm (we did not have a balcony).

Room was spacious enough even for 2 adults and two kids. We appreciated kitchenete that was sufficently equiped and roof pool. Breakfast was ok, we also had some sandwitches during the day and it was good. Beach shuttle with beach towels and mats is great. Staf was very nice and helpfull, we can late check out without extra payment and our kids received free popcorn while waiting for taxi when we were leaving.
