Great location and comfortable but room service and porter service extremely slow. Had to call few times and remind for the extra bed even though i paid for it as was tired. Everything else was great pool people staff and especially in the morning got greeted by Ramadan front desk and highly recommend him and his professional demeanour. Overall a good stay.

Lebanonthe smell of room was really unbearable,a kind of moldy moisty smell.we really at some point couldn’t be able to sleep.we complained and got another room which was the same,even my aunt who was staying in another room slept in mask on.the prices are really high.As for the shisha bar on the 5th floor,we got the bill even without asking us if we need to order anything before closing as we were kicked off and that was not a nice attitude at all expected from a 5 stars hotel. to be honest,i won’t stay again because i think with the money we have paid we could get better deal. i think there are many things they should work on to be on the 5 stars level.sorry for my honesty!
the location was amazing just into the emirates mall,very convenient.the staff was nice especially Alicia who was really kind to give us a late check out when we needed it and she was extreemly polite.the bed was very comfortable.
