Nothing much really but one thing IF i need to mention was shortage of space and sun loungers at the spa outdoor pool area.. and pool water was quite warm so it would have been nice if it is chilled.

We used spa facility, which was so spacious and exactly what we needed (sauna, steam, indoor/outdoor pool, relaxation room with tea etc). We stayed with premier club access, plenty of snacks and happy hour menu. Very nice staff there prepared a surprise for us since it was anniversary which was very thoughtful gesture. We made our special day more special to enjoy our happy moment. Thank you so much.

What an amazing location and area so peaceful and I can’t even describe how happy this place makes us. Our stays are always marvelous, the breakfast is outstanding, we always love coming to this beautiful resort it’s almost like our second home. We have stayed here over 15 times in the past 2 years and we love coming here.

This was our first time in Dubai and definitely won’t be our last! Absolutely loved our stay at Sofitel The Palm. The resort has everything you need, the best facilities, every part of the resort is spotless, beds are so comfortable, the most delicious food and the staff are amazing always willing to help, answer any questions and always checking in to see if you have everything you need. We will definitely be back and stay for a longer period of time. 3 nights wasn’t enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful relaxing stay ☀️🫶

The signature suite is huge! Beach front. Lovely to walk around the resort. The gym is well equipped, the restaurants were phenomenal (seriously, amazing food), and the staff beyond friendly and helpful! Amazing vibe, they make you feel very cared for and special. Also lots of chocolate gifts and fruits were placed in the room as courtesy. Exceeded my expectations!

The cleaning wasn’t that nice and the rooms pretty old .

The property area is nice , quite and has different pools and beach side. Depends if which building you will stay , it can be far or less from the main entrance . You use buggy, sometimes you have to wait but most of the time comes very quickly . Has a little shop inside the resort in case you need something urgent .staff is very welcoming and hard working , always ready to assist and make your stay more comfortable .

I enjoyed the stay, but I was just a bit sad as the room I booked (and upgraded to sea view) that boast a tub and an ellegant room was not the one given to me. The tub is inside the washroom, not like the one in the endorsed picture that has the big circular hot tub, so it was a bit disappointing.

The ambience is great! We enjoyed the food and the time we spent relaxing and enjoying the sea view.

The hotel property is huge, hidden gem city escape, many pool option for family and young children can enjoy. Rooms are very clean, modern, spacious, bathroom hot tub design luxurious and relaxing.Staff are friendly and professional, premier lounge service and food selection are awesome. We really enjoyed our stay in this resort hotel and highly recommended for family with young children like us.

Housekeeping team didn’t always top up towels daily and we needed to ask for them. Had to pay for water

One of the most amazing stays in Dubai we have had. Beautiful hotel- lots of facilities for the family. Various pools. Good food. Thank you for the palm view room- absolutely superb.

Our stay in this hotel was excellent. Upon arrival, we got an upgrade to the room, and this was a nice surprise. From the balcony of the room, we had direct access to the garden. Breakfast was excellent with the variety of food selections. We liked everything and enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are nicely designed but all colors used are dark. They could have used a nice color for the carpet in the junior suite to add some liveliness instead of that purple one.

Well maintained- no insects- far but has a few shops like a minimarket
