We did not like the attitude of one front desk employee/receptionist named Ms. Jen. She was rude and not accommodating to guests most specially for Filipinos. We find it unprofessional and disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay in The George Hotel because of the proximity of interesting historical spots in Dubai. It is also near the Al Ras Station and Traditional Spices Souq. I specifically appreciate all the kind, helpful, and respectful staff who assisted us namely Mr.RAHUL, Mr. BASHAR, & Mr. IMRAN. These three gentlemen should be promoted and rewarded as they did their jobs exceptionally. Thank you, Rahul, Bashar, & Imran. 🤩

internet was bad during our stay i stayed in room 205 internet disconnected from time to time you need to enter password every 5 minutes which is so inconvenient we didn't used the internet as we get pissed of signal

The windows were very dirty which obstructed the views, was not east taking photos, it was embarrassing sending to photos to family and friends. The windows do not open for fresh air. The bathtub was clogged and the decoder was not working on arrival. The refreshments and snacks are TOO EXPENSIVE, we did not eat or drink anything, if it was cheaper and more affordable, we would have had everything. SMALL PROFIT IS BETTER THAN NO PROFIT. It is convenient having it there but what's the point of pricing it so high, it is a disservice to your clients. One of your staff at your front desk is not pleasant to deal with, has no customer and communication skills. Your Porter had better skills and was pleasant to deal with.

The size of the room was mind blowing, the views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast. While the setting was pleasant, the price did not quite match the food variety or quality. We suggest a review of the breakfast options to enhance value for future guests.

We loved our stay at The George Hotel! The rooms are bright and spacious, perfect for families like ours. Being just steps away from the Old Market and historic landmarks made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Toilet flushing was not working and couldn't be fixed

I had a pleasant stay — the room was clean and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient too. However, the toilet flushing wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during my stay, which was disappointing. Overall, a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement. I will definitely come again.

Special thanks to the night manager for the fast check-in process and the very beautiful room he choose for me, as he saw how tired I was was because of the crisis that hit the region that night and delayed all flights from DXB. Parking was a Challenge.

My stay at The George Hotel was great! The room and location near the creek were exactly what I was looking for. The reception staff were very welcoming, and a big thanks to Imran for being so patient and helpful, even during checkout. The only downside was the parking—no free option, but they do offer a discounted rate of 50 AED per night for guests. Overall, a lovely experience!

They give me room on 9th floor i couldn't sleep till 4am from the sound coming from club just up to my room.
