Location It’s not bad but not great, lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, Restaurants are only mediocre Indian and Philippine food. It’s located in an area with LOTS of bed spaces for Dubai workers so the foot traffic is insane. It’s at least 30 mins away from most interesting things so our taxi bill got pretty high. Cleanliness So the rooms are clean enough when checking in but room service doesn’t do much after, I even put up a “clean my room” sign on the fourth day but they only made the bed without changing the sheets, The floors and bathroom were obviously dirty but didn’t get cleaned till we checked out. The lobby smells Awful, This might be because of the guests cooking different foods.

The room Rooms are really big sometimes we forgot we were in a hotel, Besides the gross plastic dish rack, The kitchen was very functional especially if you’re traveling on a budget. Location A bunch of restaurants, clothing stores just outside the hotel.

During my most recent stay, I encountered an issue that was quite unexpected given my usual experiences here. Upon checking into my room on the third floor, I noticed that the cleanliness was not up to the usual high standards. The floor was noticeably dirty with visible footprints, which was disappointing. Additionally, when room service came to clean, the process seemed rushed and not as thorough as I have come to expect from this establishment. It was not the professional standard that I've experienced in the past at this hotel. However, I assume this to be a one-time oversight rather than a recurring issue, given the consistently excellent service I have received here over the years. I trust that the hotel management will address this and ensure that it is corrected moving forward. I look forward to my next stay and expect to see the usual high standards reinstated.

I've found my go-to place to stay! Located just a short walk from the metro station, with a 24-hour supermarket conveniently situated right under the building, this hotel continues to impress me. I usually opt for the one-bedroom apartment, which offers an incredible amount of space for the price. It's perfect for having friends over, spacious and comfortable. A standout feature for me has always been the exceptional service at the reception, especially from a gentleman named Pandey. His welcoming and helpful demeanor is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Pandey always ensures my booking is checked and ready even before my arrival, making each of my stays seamless and enjoyable. Despite wearing a face mask, you can always see the smile in his eyes, which adds a personal touch to the service. Thanks to Pandey and the entire reception team, my hotel experiences here have been nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great value and warm hospitality!

Do not get breakfast here. The buffet is in the Ramada a block away. The food in the chafing dishes was not hot, not even warm, just room temperature. The buffet is 7 - 10am and it is not safe to eat food sitting out that long at unsafe temperature. I even tried something that had just been put out, and it was not warm either. There were western dishes and Indian food each day.

The apartment was in a great location 2 minute walk to metro and tons of supermarkets (including 24 hour one) and restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Daily housekeeping was very nice.

The bathroom was a little shabby and could do with some updating. The TV only showed one channel.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially MD Jubarach. They were able to accommodate changes easily and very responsive. The room very big, it was more like a suite or a studio. The location was very central, a few minutes walk to the nearest metro. The area was lively.

They should inspect the facilities in their room more carefully, in our room in particular, the shower head is kinda not upkeep, the bidet is very stiff to press.

The room itself is pretty big. Clean, yes. Has the basic things you need. The staff are very helpful though. So when you need something, you just ask them and they will surely provide. The location is in the center of Deira. Very convenient. They also have a parking space in the building which is a plus. The building itself is old, but refurbished. With the price you are paying, it is a pretty good deal.

The kitchenware was not clean I had to wash everything before I can use it. There was a glass with some dry leftovers in the cabinet. The fridge shelves were sticky. Since rooms are interconnected we could hear loud noise from our neighbors

The location is near by a Metro station and a Mall. The staff is really nice and helpful. They provide whatever I needed and asked for. Breakfast even though it's at Ramada next door, it was good and has lots of different options

The room was good and spacious but quality can be improved for overall user experience. There was no charging spots near bed. We booked an apartment with kitchen but they didn't provide basic kitchen accessories like dish washer and salt, which resulted in us buying these in more amount and we left almost 80% of dish washing liquid, many washing sponges and a complete bag of salt when we checked out.

The Location of the hotel is the best thing about it, very close to the metro and other landmarks. You can get starbucks, Denny's, KFC, Pizza Hut, and much more at walking distance. The staff especially the reception lady Suraksha is very nice and cooperative. She agreed to us checking out late and also cooperated on a payment issue during check in.
