If you are traveling with family and book more than one room on different floors, it can be inconvenient since access is restricted to your assigned floor only. This means family members cannot freely visit each other’s rooms if they are on separate floors.

Rooms with poor lighting,few light points. Shower at low High. Restaurant Vyne not bad for a dinner but with few choises.

Very confortable hotel at central business bay,close to the water Channel not far from Opera house. Spacius rooms,very clean and confortable. Hotel staff really nice and kind, good breakfast, nice,relaxing and large swimming pool. Taxi service available outside.

The pool is really nice, and the water is refreshingly cold you’ll enjoy swimming. The room is spacious, and all the staff are very accommodating. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, as there aren’t many options to choose from.

It was a really good hotel. I travel to Dubai every year. This hotel was really great. It had very good facilities, delicious breakfasts, and a very cool pool in the heat of Dubai. I definitely recommend it.

While the breakfast offerings seem plentiful to many, I will not be adding breakfast on my next stay in October. My son and I follow a vegan and gluten-free diet, we found the variety lacking. The fruit selection was limited to just melon and pineapple every day, and it would be great to see some basic fruit such as apples, bananas, and oranges added at the least. Additionally, the absence of oat or soy milk and the limited choice of cakes, which were often stale, were disappointing. I hope to see more variety in the breakfast options in the future. Lastly, I noticed that the pool didn't seem climate-controlled during this visit and it felt very cold at times, unlike my previous stays, when it was a little warmer. This was also noticed by several other guests not going in the pool as it was too cold. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, and with a few basic adjustments, it can be perfect!

I am a returning customer and have just enjoyed my 6th stay at this fantastic hotel, each visit lasting between 2 to 4 weeks. This hotel is always my top choice when I come to Dubai, thanks to its proximity to the Dubai Mall and the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property, and at the Soluna Beach Club. I want to highlight two outstanding staff members who truly made my experience memorable. First, Karim, the bell porter, is an absolute gem! He consistently went above and beyond to assist us with various inquiries regarding our upcoming stay. His friendly demeanor made every encounter delightful, and having attentive staff like him really enhances the overall experience. Secondly, I must mention Godwin, the housekeeper on the 9th floor. Even though we weren't staying on his floor this time, we made a special trip to his floor just to say hello. Godwin went out of his way to ensure we were looked after, taking the time to check if we had everything we needed. His dedication and kindness are genuinely appreciated and both Karim and Godwin are a true credit to this hotel. Indeed they are the best hotel staff I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

In the room itself,they could have been more generous with the tea and coffee.

We stayed for three nights in the Executive Suite, including half board. The room was spacious and there was a sofa bed for our two kids. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast each morning.

Everything hit the mark, it really was great

This is a very nice hotel to stay in, everything is done to a very high standard. I can not fault the servicing and presentation of my room, it was spotless. Nice bed, I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and nice view. The breakfast offering was wide and well prepared, the staff are excellent, and the gym and pool both great. I was amazed when I checked back at the price I paid to stay, this had to have been one of the best value hotels, considering what is offered, I have ever stayed in. Needless to say, I would look to return here as my first option

The house keeping staff, Shafik, Swepan and Lyka were incredible. Not only was my room spotless each day, but they went the extra mile to make it feel truly welcoming. One day, I returned to find a beautifully folded towel design on my bed along with a warm message that said “Feel Like Home”. It instantly put a smile on my face and made me feel cared for in such a personal way. These little touches make such a big difference, turning a regular hotel stay into a memorable and heartwarming experience. I deeply appreciate the creativity, thoughtfulness, and pride the housekeeping team put into their work. A heartfelt thank you to the staff—you truly made me feel at home!
