Kids playground area having splash pad but water temperature was little bit hot for kids to enjoy. Currently there is construction activity near to this property which makes dust and noise.

Our room view was excellent, and breakfast was amazing. The location is the one of best locations of hotels in Dubai. very friendly staff. Mr. Syed is the one of the very kind persons in reception .

I like all the staff they are very accomodating special mention to Nabil in the housekeeping he maintained my room neat also to kuya arnold or arnel I forgot his name but he did my birthday decor. Thank you also to the female receptionist(Indian) in the front desk I forgot here name for making my birthday special they gave me complimentary cake for my birthday. The breakfast buffef was also nice.. but on top I really like the staff It made me relax with their kind gesture.. my stay there was just to relax and it was really worth it.. If go back to DXB I'll definitely book my hotel again in retreat.

Whilst the location is great, keep in mind that it is situated towards the end point of the palm. This wasn't an issue for me, as I just got taxi's everywhere but at many times the traffic was quite congested getting out of the palm and into the Dubai city - it was about 40+ minute journey.

All of the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful - every interaction I had with them was wonderful and they went above and beyond throughout the entirety of my stay, making my experience so much more enjoyable. The hotel was beautiful - the room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff are really great and approachable! They are all smiling and we are really taken good care of. The breakfast choices are plenty, i really enjoyed it. We are upgraded to a suit since it was my birthday, the room is very clean and spacious, perfect for our family with stroller. It’s very clean and the bed is comfortable.

Syed in reception needs to fix his attitude and mannerism . Another customer complained about him in the lift as well saying they never felt so ashamed and who does he think he is.

Ahmed Nathaniel and matara from the gym were very cool and nice Ahmed gave us a nice upgrade and the pool and breakfast was good. We had half board dinner changes everynight.

I wish the pool is open a little earlier than 8 am.

All employees are very friendly. They are all very helpful answering any of our questions. We love the variety of the food options. The breakfast and dinner hosts Ghizlan and (can’t remember the dinner’s host name:( with the rest of the cafeteria’s team were very helpful. I love that no alcohol is served on site which makes the place family friendly.

We had an amazing stay and we enjoyed every moment. Hotel staff are very friendly, I would like to thank Mr Ahmad in the reception who upgraded us to a beautiful suite ! Such a lovely gesture. Definitely coming back again
