The breakfast was amazing. The staff were very friendly & happy to assist. The rooms were spacious and were well thought out regarding the aesthetics etc. we were blown away when we first walked into our room! An amazing hotel with plenty to offer.

The seaview room is very comfortable for a small family. Balcony is spacious, beds and pillows are so comfortable. Room slippers are soft and fluffy. Everything provided has luxurious touch pn it. Breakfast at Gastronomy is amazing as well. 18 live stations provide large varieties of choices. It is ppen from 7am to 12:00.

All the details about this hotel is fascinating, saw some of the negative reviews which kind of discouraged me but THEY WERE ALL JUST NOT TRUE!! THIS HOTEL IS WONDERFUL THE STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY. Everyone greets you with a smile, the breakfast was perfect one of the best ones i’ve ever been to if not the best. The rooms are very clean, so many amenities are provided in the room. Room service is very quick. Very luxurious and beautiful with an exceptional view and terrace. The room is also spacious and nice, very modernized and up to date with the luxury standards. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU IGNORE ALL THOSE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND GO GIVE IT A TRY CZ TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Every staff member goes above and beyond, and we want to highlight Eva, who was absolutely outstanding. From the very first moment, she made us feel special, cared for, and always welcomed with a genuine smile. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail transformed our holiday into something unforgettable. Eva is truly a gem and a perfect example of world-class hospitality. The restaurants are top-notch, each meal was a culinary journey, and the rooftop infinity pool is simply the most spectacular we’ve ever seen. The service of the team and butler made us feel really welcome. It was also nice to see that Gym can be accesses 24-7. Cleanliness and attention to detail was superb.
