My son has a nut allergy and I found that hard to navigate at the buffet, but in the restaurants the staff were amazing and cooked my son a separate meal at the Chinese restaurant which was great. Sun beds are taken up early so be prepared to get up early to get the best spot!

Staff at the hotel were amazing nothing was too much and we were very well looked after. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent we didn't have one bad meal. Location was great we took the tram a few times the tram stop is a five minute walk. I would 100% recommend this hotel it has everything. Kids loved the water park!

Very nice and helpful staff. Beautiful and big room with exceptional view. The room was completely soundproof, which i was so pleased to find. Very nice upgraded furniture. Beautiful design though out the entire hotel. The fact that it's a lagoon placed hotel was nice for the kids. Clean sandy soft beach.

There was a lot of construction going on across the road in media city and out the back of the hotel across from the beach which was very noisy at times. This was in no way the hotel’s fault but it was very noisy at times.

Prices are quite high, especially for items like water and ice cream. While raining hotel had some spots with leaking water through tbe roof.

Not really much for kids to do at night time Arrived to a full mini bar, it was “adjusted” to suit the all inclusive package - basically most items removed and never restocked again in 6 day stay

At this time of year, we found it quite quiet and the outdoor bar closed between 10.30 and 11.00 which I thought was rather early although you could have a drink in the conservatory until 1.00 am

Location was ideal, loved the private beach. Whole property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The restaurants on site were wonderful with a very high standard of service and food. We upgraded to an executive room which was very spacious and had a lovely big balcony overlooking the rear of the property. Elemis toiletries in the bathroom and Aqua di Parma in public toilets was an added bonus. All the staff, throughout the complex, really made our holiday special - they really cannot do enough for you.

Some staff were very slack especially at breakfast very long wait for coffee and nobody asks if you’re ok or you would like anything . I had to keep getting up to get any service . Dinner was the same as well as staff on the beach hard to get attention and service . Pool towel guys were also hard to find . Yet often would see the breakfast and dinner staff standing around and chatting .

The location, pools, beach , room cleaning staff were amazing.

The service across this hotel is AMAZING!!! The hotel is beautiful but it's the staff that make it exceptional. Their attention to detail could not be faulted and you felt like a VIP from the moment you walked through the door. We ate at numerous restaurants and the food was gorgeous, don't miss Fish restaurant in the evening for beachside twinkle lights and Baba Steak just delicious! We are a family of 5 staying in 2 deluxe rooms with balcony views, more than enough space to accommodate with great housekeeping too. This was our first time in Dubai and we couldn't have picked a better hotel for location, believe me we did it all (kids loved the skydiving & the desert safari is not to be missed!), we'll definitely be back and won't hesitate to rebook The Westin for our return.
