I liked everything

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better then expected . We got an upgrade to a 1 bhk apartment although we had booked a studio apartment. The hotel is located in the center of the city hence making it convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable especially Sayes and Mohammed Ragu from HK helped us the most with what ever assistance we needed during our stay. I highly recommend Tulip Hotel Bur Dubai to anyone visiting Dubai.

IN bathroom the space for shower is very small in Studio rooms and this has to be slightly bigger

The room cleaning staff Kolin was very respectful and customer focused .He cleaned the room very well and politely asked is everything ok .I rate him 5 out of 5

Dusty when we enter, AC is not that comfortable, not cooling enough; need to upgrade kitchen utensils; towels, mats, kitchen cloth are not readily available.

There is a reason why hotels are different from hotel apartments, the guest gets all the facilities and comforts of an apartment. I didn't understand the logic of providing a washing machine and clothes drying rack when you're not allowed to keep the rack on the balcony for the clothes to dry. On top of that one can't use the balcony at night and switch on the lights. The security guards come and tell u to take out the clothes and switch off the lights. This is the first property where I've seen guards coming to the room for petty things rather than room service just using the phone and requesting the guest to comply. The shower was not working properly, the bathrooms were dimly lit (for the studio).

Just the location, and wifi was ok. Cleaning facilities were available daily.

very tired apartment, had to beg for more towels, tv and lights didnt work ,hardly any cutlery/pots in the kitchen. Lock on the door not safe. Kettle lid broken, dirty microwave , rusty cooking hob, etc. It felt like it wasn't ready to be used from the last guests. The internet kept "dropping out"

the room not clean found blood stain on pillow .bathroom ot clean and dated .no plug for the sink in bathroom..tv box held together with tape no signal most of the time.room needs deep clean and refurbishment. staff all OK but supervision of cleaners needed.

The service not upto the mark in the restaurant. There was a fly in the container which had cupcakes and croissants. There were insects flying in the dining room and sitting on the cut fruits which I had to bring to the notice of the lone staff. In the rooms no napkins provided, one has to use tissue papers. the bed and pillows not upto the mark. Pillows were totally uncomfortable as the foam inside was broken.

Rooms are quite big. Location of the property good. Near to metro station, main road and supermarkets. Cleanliness requires more efforts.

The bed sheets and pillows were not cleaned, the pillow was broken, at the booking hotel has committed for separate bed for the child but it was not provided. The toilet was not clean, WC drain was not working in one toilet, shower gel was filled daily, crockery was not clean. Smelly rooms.

The intercom was not working. The shower are was very very uncomfortable. The television don't have international channel's. There is lot of maintenance for the rooms and bathroom to be done

The staff was really good and interactive. The service provided by the staff . Specially Rishad who was attending the housekeeping was excellent. The room was average

Bathroom is really pathetic. Needs to improve. Other thing is that Balconies are there but closed that causes sufffocation.

The behaviour of the receptionist was not good. He took 90 min to check in. We reached property at 12:20.

The room smelled a little stale when we entered it. The bathroom was just okay. The TV didn't work; there was some connection issue.

The room was spacious and the kitchenette and washing machine were great facilities. The staff was good and cooperative and the cleaner Mr. Jibon Raj asked me if I needed any more cleaning service.

I stayed before in this property in January 2023, but now is completely different quality of room, I changed my room many time, bathroom, chairs, all need to be changed and renovated.
