There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. I would recommend if possible try to avoid the summer months as the heat is intense day and night.

It’s not often you get to stay so high up, the apartment has four individual balconies. It was neat and tidy. Our host was great, even greeted us at the apartment when our flight was delayed late on arrival night. He was very helpful with extra area info and his recommendations were great. We even had access to the 97th lounge floor for even more views. Close walking distance the Marina and public transport. There was also an indoor and outdoor pool. Supermarkets close by if required.

Everything was amazing about the apartment. We were family of 7 and it easily accommodated us. Views from the balcony were surreal. Clean and well kept. Owner and kamal answered all are queries immediately. Highly recommended.

The property was well set out, plenty of room and a few balconies to take in all the different views. Everything needed was provided. Great communication during the stay, just a perfect apartment. Managed to get a slightly earlier checkin, they couldn’t be more helpful. The pool area was excellent too with plenty of beds and a main pool and a couple of shallow pools as well as a shallow walk through pool area with beds in the water.

The reception downstairs repeatedly asked us to prove our stay. To access the building, we needed to scan our hand, but registration was required for it to work. The reception refused to register our hands, so we had to show them our room card each time for them to open the door manually. It wasn’t a major issue, but they seemed annoyed every time.

This spacious apartment offers stunning views of the marina and is perfect for a family stay. With three balconies overlooking different parts of Dubai, it provides a unique and breathtaking perspective of the city. Hard to find anything, if any, maybe an umbrella at the balcony would be great, it is even hot at 8am out there when drinking morning coffee. Overall we were very happy with the stay.

Lovely apartment, clean, spacious, multiple bathrooms, enough room to sleep 6, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Great location, 2 minutes to tram, 2 Stops to Metro. Great view, pool and gym on the 6th floor, excellent Communication with the owners and service personal/reception. Free WiFi, aircondition in every room. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will come back.

One bathtub needs renovation.

A spacious apartment for 5 guests with great view! Big beds with great mattresses. Good location near the marina, supermarket, metro station. In the building there is parking, swimming pool, gym and an indoor playground for smaller children. For bigger there is a pool and a football table. Rajnish the owner always there to help. We recommend it!

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Apartment is very big and has 4 balconies, 1 only in kitchen, 1 shared with living room (the corner one), 1 only in living room and 1 in the bedroom. Early arrival was not a problem because the owner allowed us to leave our luggage in his private apartment until ours was ready.
