We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelarusThe location, Creek Harbour, is a must-see in Dubai and Vida Creek Habour is a perfect example to get acquainted with the surroundings. The amenities including the infinity pool and the gym were outstanding. The breakfast was great (9 of 10) and the staff was most welcoming. Ashmita and Shirsh splendidly took care of the room.

Hospitality, location (range of different shops around, you may take a small boat to the realest metro station/mall), great view from infinity pool. Amazing breakfast. All people I came across remembered my name and it was fantastic how it could happen. Was an upgrade of my room+slept like a baby in a comfortable bed.
