KazakhstanThe only big problem was with loud neighbours who got drunk and were screaming for 2 nights in a row in the room right next to ours at 2-3AM. The rooms have a possibility to be merged so the wall behind the bed was thin and loud noises from the other bedroom could be heard. However, reception staff was very helpful and would respond to our complaints immediately. Minor inconveniences: No microwave in kitchen. Dental kits and bath ropes have to be requested.
Very central location (about 5-7 minutes walking to the metro through the overhead bridge + bus station right outside the hotel). A supermarket and a couple cafes/restaurants nearby (less than 5 minutes walking distance). The room was spacious, clean, with a lot of sunlight and a small kitchen (fridge, sink, a small stove). Housekeeping team did a great job every day. The pool area was a little small yet very comfortable to swim with kids. The staff in all hotel parts was very helpful and nice. Special thanks to Supun who went out of his way to find us a baby stroller.

AustraliaWe asked for a non smoking room upon arrival but during our two last days we got a heavy smoke smell coming to our room. Not sure where from but we let it go as we were leaving in two days.
I liked the friendly and helpful staff. Always ready to answer any question and provide useful and helpful information. I particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms equipped with a sink, fridge and a little stove. The kitchenette also had basic cutlery, cups and glasses. I also liked the fact that the hotel was very close to the Business Bay train station. The pool and staff were amazing.

The staff is outstanding. The location is great, very close to a metro stop. When I needed a taxi, I sat inside in the AC and someone hailed a cab for me. Room huge. Fitness center adequate - could use some upgrading but it had everything you would need. The attendant always gave me towels and water and called me by name even though I never told him my name, only my room number. The rooms need some updating but they were clean and the cleaning staff did a good job. I always had plenty of toiletries and towels. They left coffee, tea, sugar every day. On days that I did not want cleaning, they called at night to ask if I needed anything. Amazing. I would run back.
