The shower needed maintenance .. it was broken and was lucky not to be hurt because it falls down while you shower!

Iron was leaking water on shirt when ironing. The hotel should seriously reconsider opening their restaurants to match Etihad events. Our show was at 7:30pm and the restaurant opens only at 6:30pm. Having blinds covering the bathroom window but inside the bedroom is an interesting concept (basically the person in the bathroom has got no control over what the other person can do with the blinds!)

Outstanding staff: Asif at reception was very gentle and professional. Excellent breakfast. Very spacious and comfortable bed. Large windows to get as much sunlight. Very quick lifts.

My room was next to the elevator and there was a continuous noise from the elevator i could not sleep well .. I informed the staff and they said they will fix the issue but not successful

It was very crowded. I have kids aged 5 and 2.. and the pool area was very crowded for them. Also the kids club - the kids were fighting but staff handled it well.

The open area of the breakfast buffet was very nice. Also breakfast was good with lots of variety. Staff were very friendly as we requested connecting rooms and we got them.

Not much really to say except breakfast queue was long after 930 one of the days as they were quite full so had to queue up for quite a while .

Very conveniently located . Spacious rooms with all required ambers provided. We arrived via taxi and found plenty of transport options right at the doorstep. The pool side was anazibg . Breakfast have good variety of options to choose from would recommend it. We are definetely going to stay here again

The swimming pool and around the sun beds were full of children that they didn’t want to respect the other guests. They are diving inside pool from everywhere and throwing water to our face ,beds,phone. Life guard couldn’t control them.it should be one swimming pool for adults (especially the one with the bar),the other one for children and family. They should find the way that everyone can enjoy the facilities not only the children.

The room size was good ,the foods and drinks was so good and fresh, the rooms and lobby are clean ,and friendly staff.

The room design could use a few improvements. - There are no easily accessible electrical outlets by the desk - The chair doesn't fit under the desk. A proper desk chair might be better. - The fridge wasn't very cold.

I’d strongly recommend updating the towels, as they felt quite old and worn

The hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay while attending a training course. Eyad was incredibly supportive—even while on holiday, he went out of his way to assist and even offered a complimentary upgrade. Nouman was also very helpful throughout my stay. Truly appreciated their hospitality.
