Laundry didn’t work in our suite unfortunately. Later switched to another suite and Landry did work. Was located a little further from the water and sites than we thought.

only 10 min walk to metro. lots of grocery stores, mall nearby. Laundry, balcony, gym and spacious suite with full kitchen. Everything we needed.

Prices rates can vary on Friday and Saturday and for extensions they will not follow good price in high season. Feels that in Abu and Dubai area high rates money for short term is more important for them than keeping long term customer. They rather kick you out and sell on line for higher rates. They always prefer online than personal deal. There is not possible to make even comprimising deal like in Oman for example, where people are more familiar. God bless Oman!

Well equipped, not far from Metro station GARDENS, quite and comfy, supermarkets so close. Quality of appartment is almost the best.

Bathroom must be improved. First impression on entering the bathroom is not good. Property is old and requires some rejuvenation.

Location was good, there are lot of restaurants nearby, good place to stay for short business trip. Rooms are spacious and provided with small kitchen.

the structure is a bit dated like the furniture, personally I would have taken advantage of the covid period to refresh and modernize. another thing I didn't like is the smell of smoke in a room deliberately reserved for non-smokers, which I mentioned during check-in even though the problem was not resolved

excellent value for money, structure very close to Dubai Marina with ample free parking, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bidet, much appreciated. Spacious and comfortable king size bed

1. Many times room service is slow and inadequate 2. The picture does not correspond to the real situation at all 3. The hotel has no slippers.……

1.I was shocked and touched that room service helped to wash the dishes after cooking… 2. It's nice to have a supermarket downstairs 3. The front desk staff is warm and friendly 4. Close to subway and bus stations

Although the room had everything we required, the furniture was a little tired and plates and cutlery were minimal. The room was spotless and cleaned daily.

The location. Ziqoo was a 10 minute walk to the Metro which was 2 stops to JBR. It was 10 minutes from Battuta Mall and there plenty of well stocked supermarkets and Restaurants in the vicinity. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The wall light was not working. The windows kept making a sound every half an hour, making it difficult for me to sleep properly. The shower faucet needs maintenance. Need to followup on maintenance is my main concern for the room i was allocated.

The staff are really nice here polite and efficient and kind. I was tired and i needed rest so the room was okay and everything. The only thing was that i think the maintenance for the rooms should be in order, some of the bedside wall lights dont work. Your shower faucet was releasing water like a sunflower from the sides. My experience was honestly good but i just hope you can have a proper maintenance for the rooms.. and next time i would love to give it a perfect 10.

The balcony was full of pigeons poops and they pooped all the day, covered the balcony more and more (the room on the 2nd flor near the stairs)

The location is great. A lot of shops around, the metro station and Ibn Batuta mall in 10 minutes walk. Clean room, comfotrable bed.

Location was good, lots of Indian restaurants nearby, easy access to the public transport, nice kitchen setup. Very convenient, safe and pleasant stay for families. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, you can just buy groceries and start cooking.

Sofa and bed where old and not comfortable at all. And the biggest down fall was the light in the room which where soo low that we couldn't even see anything. Need to add some extra lights for better visibility. Also need to change the furniture which are very old and uncomfortable.

Room was perfect in size for 2 people with good city view,good kitchen items as well for cooking.

Too noisy that night, noisy works on my floor (probably fixing a door or something) and a huge noise outside too (like a non stop noise as siren). Also a strong smell of cooking a little unpleasant but ok for one night.

The bathroom looks a bit aged but certainly fully functional.

Nice apartment, complementary water tea coffee Restocked everyday cleaned everyday. Parking included. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 10 mt walk to metro.
