No available shade at our room, during the hottest point of the day. There was also some bug fumigation happening twice a week which wasn’t explained and was very smelly

Staff need to ensure that cups glasses and cutlery are available to guests at all times. Rooms need to think about towel rails in bathroom and plug sockets so the kettle can be used. More solar lights on the stairs as too dark to see.

While improvements have been made since we last stayed there 4 years ago ( notably a fine new infinity pool and improved internet access ) the whole resort still needs a lot of modernisation and investment. The range of food (eg fruit at breakfast ) was disappointing and there werent enough sunbeds ..

The location is excellent. The hotel offers good value for money and most of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There were lots of mosquitoes . The property used a fog spray to control the problem that was unpleasant and should have warned its guests when it would be releasing spray on property. It was very unpleasant. The quality of the coffee was terrible. There was no espresso/ cappuccino machine service like at other resorts of this calibre. Instead, the only other option to the drip filter coffee at breakfast was instant coffee. Suggest investing in quality espresso machine (not Nespresso cups) but good Italian machine that offers lattes, espressos cappuccinos.

It was quiet and relaxing. The beaches were stunning. The food was varied and good. Especially the fish.

Stunning setting. Nice and relaxing. Stayed in garden view bungalow. Needs updating . A little outdated . Setting makes up for it. Other types of accommodation on property may be better. Food was great and nice to have the option of another location at Seagrapes Bar for lunch.

A 3* resort in a lovely position with a naturist beach to the south. Our accommodation was better than expected with quiet fans and good air con. Upgrading this resort would spoil it, there aren’t many low key resorts on the island. No mosquitoes.

Very dated and original room had no AC so had to pay to upgrade. Showers are OK but not great.

Beautiful beach, the dining area/bar was elevated so great views. Lovely beaches around each cove. Beds super comfy and great view from balcony.

The insulation / air con was pretty poor which meant very warm temperatures to sleep in, with a bit of effort this could be sorted but some guests may find this uncomfortable. The wifi only really worked in the communal areas also, again, this could be sorted quite easily and would really enhance the resort, but it was also quite nice to have a break from the phone. The resort is also a little off the beaten track so be aware of this if you want to go into town for nights out etc. Taxi fares can amount up quite quickly.

All the food at the resort was well-cooked, hearty, and mixed enough during the stay for it not to be boring. Cocktails were great too, decent quality of spirits (better than other all-incs I've been to). Having a room/chalet on the beachfront was pretty exceptional also - being able to watch the sun set was pretty magical.

Rooms are tired, some of the staff could be more approachable, the pool really needs replacing with something bigger and better!

Beautiful peaceful location, stunning beaches, lovely view from beachfront rooms. Some of the staff were brilliant. Tasty Caribbean food but not what you’d usually get from an all inclusive resort.

I selected this resort to unplug for a week and it fulfilled all expectations. It was quiet and 8and intimate. The beaches were excellent and the breakfast and dinner were exceptiona bathroom was huge water pressure was goodl Rum punch was a creeper

the food. very little for vegetarians and the same for lunch every day. at times the service was a little slow so that could be worked on.

the location is unbeatable. we went past more expensive hotels on a boat tour and I honestly think hawksbill beaches are some of the best. the staff are mostly helpful, especially reception.
