Not enough sun loungers around the main pool meant that guests put their towels out from 6.30am onwards. We were heading to breakfast at 8am and found only one or two options for seats around the pool left. By the time breakfast was over, they were all claimed with no one in them until much later in the morning. We got caught out on the first day without seats and had nowhere to sit until 3pm. The resort should really consider adding more seating around the pool to ease access for all guests and resolve the feeling of competition for space.

Location was incredible, the resort has everything you could need and more. Some of the food can be hit and miss but are plenty of options, we particularly enjoyed dinner at Barefoot and Kimono's. The entertainment team do a great job with the activities on offer during the day. Also big shoutout to the watersports team, they will make a big effort to take you to different spots for the snorkelling.

Resort was a little dated, a traditional Caribbean vibe -however was immaculate! Room was excellent!

The staff was great and friendly. had a wonderful time. the only recommendation would be to have more drink services on the beach. They barely came by barely came and when they did it would take a long time for them to return.

The secluded beach meant that there was relatively low human traffic (as all beaches in the Caribbean are public)

We particularly enjoyed the watersports. The boat trips for snorkeling over the reefs were great! We particularly loved the boat captain Lennox on these trips, who is funny, friendly and professional. But all the guys were brilliant, thank you!

We are in our 40s and the average people in this stay was about 60. Music was very minimal. Staff seemed bothered. Food was kind of bland. Not a party environment more like a retirement

Some of the staff were very nice but most were bothered. Example at the swim up bar they seem frustrated to serve us.

We indicated that we were on our honeymoon and was told that we would receive a special package but we only got 1 out of the many items to be received. Highly disappointed.

This may sound nit picky. But I did not like the need for reservations for the descent restaurants. We were barely able to squeeze in a time for us at Eleanors on our anniversary. We had to choose a very late dinner time from a cancelation they had. Thank God for Angel our Culinary Concierge. She helped us get in that evening. Also, it was very hard to get a hold of concierge at certain times when ordering room service. I understand it is sometimes busy but I had to call the desk several times before someone picked up the line.

The staff, entertainment, and food was great. Tenesha & Jennifer were delightful. There was another gentleman (Antonio or Tony) that served us at the main pool. He was very nice to us as well. We were disappointed that he was not going to be back at the pool the next day. We also appreciated the maids coming by twice a day to see if we needed anything. Makes me wonder if it was because of the type of room we were in (honeymoon suite)? We were thinking of reserving a cottage room next time. We hope to receive the same service. We also loved the singing to us goodbye. Very nice touch. We will definitely book at a Sandals on our next Caribbean trip. Probably Ochos Rios.

Good afternoon guys I am currently sat here on my final few hours before i return to the uk and wanted to take the time to highlight some exceptional service. We stayed in room 625 and i hope this helps to identify the individuals mentioned below. Me and my partner now fiance Maria have had an incredible time and the staff here to be some of the best in the world. I personally wanted to highlight some spacific individuals who have enhanced our stay here with a real attentive, impeccable customer service and above and beyond helpfulness to make this more than just a holiday but more an experience that has made Antigua feel like a home from home. All the staff we friendly, happy to help and always said hello. We loved it. Firstly, Antonio, i think he recently arrived from st kits himself, who was one of the waiters, was brilliant, always happy to help, has a real energy about himself, loved chatting with him, a real credit to himself and his family and the sandals group. I wish him every success in life because his hard working attitude deserves it. There was a other female waitress but i unfortunately forgot to take her name but she was nothing but brillaint in her own right. The female equivalent of antonio. Our waiter in elenors was great. Loved chatting, allowed us to try the special which tasted amazing. Selena on reception, was always happy to help and give some pointers with local tours and helped with me booking shirley heights. another exceptional member of staff. Hotdog guy kosie was brillaint, loved speaking with him and getting to know him, always happy always friendly, i made a point of saying goodbye to him. At the dive center, our dive instructor who assisted Maria in her certification is a credit to padi and to the sandals group. His name i think was Urantis but goes by poker. Patient, understanding, a real calming influance, incredibly knowledgable and equally important a great person.

The food was terrible and very hit and miss. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and the service was not very good. We were not given any information on what was available at the resort. The cleanliness was ok but the main buildings looked tired and shabby.
