GermanyI would also like to note a few negative points: the photos on booking.com may not always correspond to the actual appearance of the rooms. When we booked the hotel, we hoped to get what we saw in the photo. A nice, spacious room with a glass balcony and a nice view of the city, but in the end we got an "old-style" room, which was smaller, untidy, without a nice view and a glass balcony. The positive thing was that the people at the reception were ready to move us to another room. Unfortunately, the TV has only satellite channels, you will not find here access to netflix or a browser as indicated on booking.com. You can also hear quarrels in the kitchen or between the staff, which is very upsetting, because "conversations with the staff" in high tones should not take place in front of guests.
Staying at this hotel has left more positive reviews than negative ones. Positive: here, in case of problems or comments, the staff and competent people at the reception will always help you. For example, despite the fact that the hotel does not have an "airport transfer" option, the staff organized a spacious, air-conditioned transfer for our group from Tirana Airport with a good mood and a driver, which did not cost as much as it did with other carriers. The staff will always be happy to help you with any question. You have a good opportunity to swim in the pool in the shade. The nearest beach is a 5-minute walk away. Good breakfast, although there is not enough tea, cheese, different sausages and more choice. The rooms are cleaned well and kept clean, despite the fact that some things in this hotel should be fixed: air conditioning, which makes noise when turned on, a toilet that is old and not very good, and a few other little things that are outdated and spoil the impression of being in the room.

Czech Republic- The breakfast is very decent, and every day is exactly the same. For a four-star hotel, one would expect at least some effort to deliver new types of cheese/ham, different vegetables or different sweets. Also the coffee served during the breakfast is pretty bad and if you want a better one from coffee mechanine, you have to pay for it at the bar. For a hotel of this level, one would expect a simple coffee machine. Lastly, hot water is missing - you have to wait for the barell to boil and then you can have a tea, which is doable, but a bit odd. - Despite the hotel is relatively new, there is no noise cancelling. You hear in the room everything and even through the earplugs. We had very loudly neighbours, who came every night at 1:30 am and made a lot of noice, you hear people talking at the corridor, elevator, neighbouring rooms, everything. During our stay, several nights we could not sleep well. - The beds are very low placed, so they were not really comfrotable, but this was our experience, others might like those well. - The sign says hotel has 24/7 reception available, but this is not true. No problem about that, but it should be corrected in the description. - Originally, we should be having a different room with more windows, but our final room was also OK. - Overall, if this would be a hotel with fewer stars, this would be perfect, but for the given number of the stars, one would simply expect much more for the paid price.
- Very friendly receptionists, waiters and cleaning ladies. When we needed something, they did their best to help us, especially when we neded to help with the parking, early take-away breakfast and problems with internet connection. - The hotel is relatively new, so all looks very nice, yet, some improvements would be highly beneficial (see below). - The location is great, because it is not too far from the beaches and not too close to the loud music and fireworks of the city centre. - Hotel took seriously our allergy problems, and all was arranged as agreed.

United KingdomOur room was 402. The view from the room was stunning. We liked the walking in shower. Unfortunately I had to report our toilet after two days as it was really giving us a nightmare. First of all, the lid won’t stay up. The flushes are so strong they sprinkle water on the toilet seat. The flush is so powerful that even the lid is down the water comes out of the toilet to the floor. Gross and unhygienic. Apparently it’s been a problem with every room. I hope they can sort this out. The maid cleans the room OK but failed to give us clean cups and left clearly used two glasses ( I made sure they would notice on the second day by putting an empty snack bag..) Also I found the bed making was strange. They leave the top sheet on the bottom of the bed folded. Every night I had to make our bed.. maybe this is Albanian customs?
The hotel was clean, all the staff were friendly and we had a great time in general. The swimming pool was lovely. The food and drink were reasonably priced and fair.

PortugalThe breakfast could be improved, specially the coffee. It was a shame the restaurant was not working so we were not able to try it. The music on the swimming pool sometimes was too loud but I guess that is a thing in Ksamil.
The bedroom was clean and cozy with very good AC. The swimming pool is a nice addition and pleasent most of the times. I had to work a couple of days during my stay and the internet was very good for video calls and remote work. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It has very good restaurants close by and the beach it's just a few minutes walk.

IsraelVery bad crew! Very rude!! Not a 4 stars hotel! maximum 3! Hotel far from the beach and up the hill! many stairs to enter the hotel! We were locked out the room at midnight and there was no body to help us! stayed out the room till almost 4 in the morning when alarm went off because of fire or smoke, while families ran out of their room! In the morning at 10 o'clock at breakfast crew came to scream at us to evacuate our room! I've attached fotos i took out from videos i shot(couldn't attached the videos), of crew member screaming on us on the morning, as well of the alarm that went of at 4 o'clock in the morning while families ran down the stairs! The many stairs to climb up to enter the hotel. And me calling 1 o'clock in the morning to the hotel you can see my telephone number while the hotels phone rings and nobody answer.! It was a nightmare hotel! We demand compensation! 2 rooms, 3 nights!
Very bad! Crew was very bad! No one in the reception after midnight! Even emergency, no one in the lobby or answear the phone that i called. Screaming on us at breakfast that it is 10 o'clock in the morning and we have to leave the room!!
