Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast could have been warmer. The stairs are quite worn and would benefit from renovation.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Its location was excellent, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, which made getting around very easy. What stood out most was the friendliness of the staff—their warm and helpful attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.

On arrival parking in front of the hotel seemed a little vulnerable for motorcycles,but there Is cc tv and 24 hour reception staff so all in all no problem
Comfortable room, first class staff, great pizza house and lovely bar within 150 m of the front door,didn’t experience any issues or noise during the night,more than ample breakfast

Very good location near center of the city. Only 40 kilometers to Ochrida Lake. Very friendly Staff. Very good and taste breakfast.

Breakfast - cold sausages, white cheese and bread. Coffee and tea from machines. We were unable to drink it. No chairs in the room although there is a table but we took some pouffe from the hall.
Room was quite alright, comfortable bed, heating, location. Very friendly staff.

Excellent breakfast and coffee. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean small hotel with just a few rooms. Good shower / bathroom with towel + toiletries. Good location in Korce near to bus station and town centre. Recommended.

The bathroom smelled quite bad which made our room smell as well.
The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. 24 hour reception as well! The breakfast was also great!

I would like if there were some extra things in the room like a hairdryer, but we also didn’t request it, so it might be already an option

Had a power failure, don't know if it was the hotel fault, but the power was back within an hour.
Did get a room upgrade without asking (or extra price) to a big room. Staff very friendly and helpful (good restaurant recommendations). Breakfast is some sort of buffet-style, coffee is made to order (if you ask). You can park the car in front of the hotel (Albanian style). Location is not that far from the city center.

Shower was just a shower mixer in the corner of the bathroom just next to the toilet with no walls. Our room had no windows.
Nice hotel near bazar and the city center, clean room, nice local breakfast containing cheese and local bread. Parking in front of the hotel

Nothing to dislike, it was great.
Super friendly, helpful, English speaking manager. Huge, very comfortable room. Amazing breakfast! Patisserie next door and nice restaurant a block away.

I didn’t liked maybe because it takes a while till the warm water comes.
Its near the center and super cheap If you don’t care about the place just to have a nice bed to sleep and clean place then choose this.

The room was dark and very hot, and the air in the room was heavy. I had to open the window to get some fresh air but the noise outside did‘t let me sleep. The bathroom was smelly. The blanket were also smelly and you could tell they weren‘t washed.
The location was perfect and the price was really good. The breakfast was nicely prepared and the staff was really welcoming and friendly.
