We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel was booked last minute for an unplanned stop in the middle of Albania. We were not sure what we would find but in the end we are very glad to have found this hotel and to have had the chance of staying with such a nice team! All staff, including the owner, were very welcoming. They were very supportive, helping us finding alternatives for a late night dinner, and in this hotel we had probably the BEST breakfast experience ever. I honestly cannot stress/ praise it enough! Truly remarkable. The room we stayed in was comfy and clean, and there is a huge gated parking available, which is a high plus considering that the hotel is located in the middle of the city.

Nice large bedroom, the owner of the hotel provided us with an upgrade.

LatviaWell... Maybe it is not only about this certain hotel but Albanian hotels in general.. I booked the place expecting 5* hotel. But it was definitely not the one I used to understand admitted 5* hotel comparing with , for instance, Baltic countries' 5* hotels. Although, our room was economy double, still: no at least journal table in the room (we brought from balcony rusty one and I have to add that there was this one table on balcony but no any chair on balcony), dress hangers like the ones you got from laundry (even not plastic I don't dream about wooden ones), no mini bar at all. And the bathroom.. Seriously plastic material curtains? For breakfast - nobody asked me elementary: if we eat meat, eggs etc... hey, Albania, wake up, there are people do not eat sausages in the world! :) But I used to get breakfast in Albania without any choices (and my husband ate my sausages not to look disrespectful :D ).. So I get back from where I started- it is not maybe the problem only with this place, as I got the experience in 3 during my travel: and the things were similar in all of them, but (!!!) not all them called themselves 5* hotel.
Staff was helpful, room was pretty OK as well as the pictures by the wall. Wifi worked well after ,I guess, modem restart (because it was not connecting to our iphones. computers (2 different laptops)- but then the receptionist did smth ,although, denied that and everything started working smoothly, thanks for that! It was also very safe feeling for our car- because parking lot was not visible from the street and they also keep gates closed for night time.
