Very clean room and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cleaners were present everyday and cleaned the room and changed the bed linen everyday. Very close to the public beach(less than 5 min walk) and very convenient.

Very spacious, walking distance to the beach and restaurants street. They had parking on site. The staff were very helpful. We had to ask for someone who could speak in English, we didn’t pick his name but recommended some good places for visiting and sent us the locations. We even requested for a fan to the room which was given to us swiftly.

There wasn't a shower curtain, so water would spray over. Beds could be comfier. Sarandë just has a lot of hills and stairs. I was sick during this trip, so it was a struggle climbing up from the beach.

Great staff, comfortable room, awesome balcony, AC, fridge, kettle, excellent water pressure, parking, and just overall a pleasant stay. The location was perfect, and you have stairs that go down to the beach.

Believe the other reviews re parking, the pressure to hand your keys over to the staff to move a cars around is persistent. We had a rental & couldn't hand over due to insurances, which they challenged. Keys are kept in a drawer & sometimes on the counter top while car tetris is happening in the car park. Its a private car park that 2 hotels share & allow others to park in the evening. It is good the hotel have this space as not many around do.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the beach with a great view off the balcony. Loads of facilities nearby for bakery, supermarkets & restaurants. It is 1 road back from the beach front which is uphill, nothing to worry about unless mobility issues. There are many ways down via stairs or longer via sloping road/path.

I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. The location was also great, didn't need to use my car and the hotel has a parking option. It was very clean as well.

The room was clean, there were soaps, towels and everything provided. Everything was just really comfortable and the staff was AMAZING!! The staff was extremely helpful and they solved all of our problems quickly!

Stayed here for a week and the staff guys David and Jako was so friendly people. Amazing view from the balcony and very close to the beach area with all the restaurants and stores. Hotell i clean and there is really nothing to complain about. Loved it. Will stay again if i go back to Saranda.

Not having a guard for the shower is a bit crazy. Entire bathroom soaked each time. But daily maid service solves this.

Perfect location, 2 minutes down to the promenade. Sea views, nice clean comfortable room, cleaned daily. Very friendly, helpful staff (especially daytime staff). Fantastic value for such a cheap price. The lower rating seems to be based on old reviews - it’s a perfect stay now.

Property is in good location assessable to restaurants and beach. I had good sea view from my room. Hotel manager "Jako" really helpful and kind. Room was good and tidy and comfortable.

The shower didn’t warm up enough and the location was quite noisy when we needed an early night. However, considering the price, it was really not an issue and property exceeded expectations.

Large room, very comfortable bed, good AC, great location, helpful friendly staff, very clean, good quality hair dryer, nice towels, easy check in and check out.

I had a satisfying stay at Hotel Caka in Sarandë. The owner's son was very helpful whenever we needed something, and our room was cleaned daily by the attentive cleaning staff. A comfortable and well-maintained place to stay also very close to the public beach. Out room had a beach view. 10/10
