Filtered coffee is so weak that it doesn’t even taste like coffee. This is the only thing I did not like. Maybe it's worth investing in a decent coffee machine?

Sophisticated junior suite served as family room with one main bedroom and then separate sitting area with chairs made into beds later. Smart bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Easy walk to Skandeberg square. Top end of prices but as a family first time in Albania was pleased to go there

Very awkward, small shower. Be cautious of the step from bathroom to room, which can trip you.

Proactive, friendly, very smart & helpful front desk female staff! My single room was very spacious, a corner room with two balconies - loved it. The three quarter bed was ideal and much better than a single bed. Must try the chicken truffle risotto in the restaurant.

One thing was a let down – breakfast. Some great aspects to it but the fried eggs were cold as if chilled and the toaster did not work. When I am paying good money for a good hotel I expect a good breakfast. That is not unreasonable. That said – I would go back.

I can remember walking along the street and seeing this place. I immediately thought – that looks nice! And it was. I was given a very nice welcome when I arrived. The receptionist spoke great English and was very friendly. Checking in was simple and I took the lift to the second floor and found my room, 201. It did not face the street and that actually turned out to be a blessing as the arear outside the hotel was super popular with diners and local residents who congregated around the fountain each night. My room was lovely. Just a small single room but well appointed. Superb bathroom. Really one of the best I have ever seen. Great tiling, a wash hand basin that you could bath in, a superb shower, great toiletries and lovely towels. The bed was super comfy. The a/c was efficient but not too harsh. Crisp linens.

Breakfast was very good. But there is no hospitality. We came from turkey and (it was the first time in Albania) we were very tired and thirsty we want to some water but they did not give. In turkey if you come from so far we offer some drinks water coffee or tea and they all free what a shame albania!

Asked for late check out and they told me I can stay until X time and they called ne every 30min to ask it I’m leaving. The breakfast was also very poor, not much choices

The shower in the single room is tiny and the shower door doesn't close well. Toiletries could be better. Breakfast could also be a bit better in terms of quality.

The staff, both at the reception as well as housekeeping, did their best in making my stay comfortable. The location was OK.
