The beds were comfortable, good AC, nice chairs out front to sit down and read a book. The employees were all so kind and helped me to order food for delivery from a local restaurant.

one thing annoyed me and it was that they left the shower window open and bugs got inside... its overall clean but not the best that I've seen. I was there for only 1 night but longer than that I dont think its great. The location is good because its few minutes from the airport but other than that it doesnt have the greatest view

Just by the airport. Staff was really friendly. . Taxi is 1000 leke to the airport. You can wash your car for 500 leke there. Perfect for returning the location car and for an early morning flight!

There wasn't a bus stop or any public transport in walking distance but the front desk will call you a taxi to the airport or bus terminal in town and that was about 13 Euros.

I stayed here just for the night coming from the airport. The man on the front desk was friendly and helped me call a taxi in the morning. He didn't speak much english but we were using google translate and he was very helpful. The room was clean and the shower was great and hot. Would definitely reccommend for a one night stay.

For one night the hotel is good for this price

The hotel had everything we needed. The taxi to the hotel cost up to 10 euros. We stayed overnight after a night flight. There were no rooms available in the main building, but they drove us to a newer, beautiful building. The staff were friendly. Card payment is accepted.

Spent my last night there in order to take my flight early in the morning the next day. Quite close to the airport. They do not have a restaurant but business owner (who speaks good French - my own language) was helpfull and managed to give me menu from a nice and affordable restaurant that delivered the food at the hotel. Their taxi service works perfectly (their driver came to pick us up when those from VrapOn Taxi did not show up). Definitely a plus and appreciated the service!

TL;DR staff were unorganised and left us waiting a long time at 3am. I notified the hotel that we were arriving very late, which was confirmed as being OK. When we arrived at 3am, there was a notice on the locked front door with a phone number to call. My calls wouldn't connect, and my messages weren't being received either. Another couple arrived 15 minutes and had more success than us with their phone, but then they decided to argue with the owner about being transferred to the other building, as its not specifically stated in the booking. This meant that we had to wait an additional 20 minutes while they finished arguing. The first building is old, outdated and didn't feel welcoming. We were relieved to find the new building more modern, and finally arrived to our room at 4am, for a 10am checkout.

We were transferred to the newer building - the owner drove us there in his fancy Range Rover. The room was basic but very modern. The bathroom felt luxurious, with plenty of miniatures for just 1 night.

The hotel room was kind of clean, but we found some bugs when we arrived. The water pressure was not too high in the toilet sink. There are other options in the area that may be a better option...

Very convenient hotel, next to the airport. Check-in process was easy and fast. Hotel room was very spacious. They have a cafeteria so you can have breakfast there. Parking was offered for free.

Only some children/young adults were presented when we checked in. They were nice, but couldn’t speak any English and therefore some things were a bit unclear and they couldn’t really help us to reserve a taxi for the next morning, which would have been great given that we had a very early morning flight. Normally the language is no issue what so ever for us, but we missed it a bit in this case.

We were a family of four. Even though they knew it, upon arrival the hotel could not afford a pillow and the bedding for the fourth person. The floor wasn’t clean enough. It was sticky at some parts.

The whole building smelt like cigarettes, even our room.

Staff was helpful and very friendly. Location is convenient, about 5 minutes from the airport by car. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean.
