The staff was very pleasant and took great care of us. When it rained, they gave us an umbrella, and they responded to all our requests — extra pillows, towels, even helping with parking. Breakfast was excellent, and overall the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere.

Overall, our stay was excellent, but a couple of details fell short of expectations. The Deluxe King Room we booked was comfortable, yet felt smaller than we had anticipated for this category. In addition, the automatic door system for “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean the Room” was installed but unfortunately not working, which was a minor inconvenience.

We stayed for 10 days at Monel Hotel in Ksamil and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were sparkling clean every single day – the housekeeping is truly outstanding. The staff were always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond, recommending great restaurants, arranging a taxi for us at 5 AM, and making sure everything was smooth throughout our stay. Their friendliness and constant availability made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable each morning, and the hotel’s location is perfect – everything in Ksamil is within walking distance, including the beaches and restaurants. Overall, Monel Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: cleanliness, service, location, and hospitality. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil!

Property is family owned and it works seamlessly. Great value for money, especially taking in account the location and their pool. We lived staying here for 5 nights, as it gave us the possibility to discover all spots in Ksamil, the beaches, restaurants and cafes, as well as when it was too hot for the beach, or wanted to have a more chill moment, we used the pool as almost the only guests. Breakfast was very good, done on the spot, and it worked really well. Parking right in front of the property, and in general, great service and polite folk. Would definitively come back.

We had a great stay. The location wasn’t far away from the beach and the restaurants. It’s a little hidden but that is good because it’s quiet. Good food, good location, great room.👍

Very, very friendly and professionnal staff which speaks a perfect english. Very good homemade breakfast. Very clean hotel in general. Located at between 10 and 20 min walk from all the beaches in ksamil. The only bémol would be the fact that the swimmingpool is in the shade during all the afternoon, but they cannot do anything about it and there are a lot of beaches to go take the sunlight. In general, we were very happy with our stay there, i strongly recommend it.

The location was great, just a small walk to the beaches, bars and restaurants. Was very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious every morning. The staff were very helpful and even let us check out a few hours later aswell as use of facilities until our taxi arrived.

The disadvantage was just the distance of the beach from the hotel, but it was not so terrible.😆

We have nothing to reproach the Monel hotel. We were very satisfied with this hotel. Rooms fragrant and clean, changed towels every day and bed linen for us absolutely great. The advantage of the pool at the hotel. I can only highly recommend us.Maximal satisfaction.😊👍🍀

The sun didn’t hit the pool in the afternoon. It’s quite a small hotel but could be quite noisy, the walls seem to be thin and we were on the 3rd floor and the breakfast was served on the 4th floor and we would hear footsteps, chairs scraping on the floor and voices even before breakfast started at 0800.

The location was perfect for walking in to town and only a 10 minute walk to the beaches. The breakfast was amazing! Something different and fresh everyday. The staff were so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed.
